This hotel lies in the heart of Rhodes, close to the old town with its various shopping and entertainment opportunities.

Facility

The hotel has 200 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     Me and my friends stayed one week at the hotel. The location was nice, close to the bar street and the beach. Some of the personnel were nice but definitely not all of them. Personnel at the pool bar were definitely not so nice and in the restaurant there were a few waiters that were nice. The main bar personnel were amazing. The pool area was very small and noisy. All of the sun chairs at the pool got taken very early. As the hotell is very close to the beach the hotell had their own beach chairs on the beach which was very nice.One of us had a medical emergency and the personnel at the hotell were useless. They did not take us seriously when our friend was barely conscious and told us that we should take the taxi when our friend could not walk nor talk and as mentioned was barely conscious.During our last day we noticed that most likely the cleaners had stolen money from us, 150 euro total from 2 different rooms. In the third room they had left one of our wallets open but they hadn’t taken anything because there were no euros. We had hidden our wallets so the cleaners must have been searching after cash and gone through our bags to find it. When we told the reception about this they did not believe us and basically said that we were stupid and must have lost it ourselves when we had not taken out wallets out of our rooms during the stay. The cleaners had also thrown our stuff on the floor from the bed and the tables but not picked them up.

    The friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in

    On check in we were greeted by the amazing Julia who was so helpful and gave our son a gift on arrival also. This is genuinely the nicest staff I have ever encountered in a hotel, anywhere in the world. Julia, Alexandra, Popi and so so many more spent so much time with our son, playing and entertaining him we were genuinely overwhelmed by it. We cannot thank you enough. The hotel is dated but it’s clear that it’s being upgraded in stages. But it is so clean and well kept. I cannot say a bad word about it. In an era where hospitality is suffering, many could learn from the staff here. Warm, inviting, friendly and genuinely care about the experience. Very very well done. Breakfast is excellent also with a large selection. I would highly recommend overall.

    Exceptional Hotel

    I cannot fault this hotel. From arrival we were given sandwiches, fruit, wine in our rooms as we were late arrivals. Our rooms were huge with complimentary tea coffess and water. Little fridge. There were fresh towels every day. Tv and nice balcony. Only downside was there is building work for a new hotel across the road, but they are respectful, and finish most days at 3. All the staff are dressed immaculately. Every member of staff greets you every day. I did have an issue with not being able to sleep at the front of the hotel so they moved me to a quieter room. They were exemplary with their service especially ANASTASIA. The pool is small but they provide huge beach towels. MICHAEL is the pool life guard and bartender. He is polite, conscientious and easy on the eye lol. KOMISSA and VIOLETTA work in the pool bar serving gorgeous cocktails and crepes and snacks. ANATASIA is a fantastic receptionist and there are many staff members who are polite. Hotel food is varied, hot, and excellent presentation. I am a fussy person and i moan about everything lol. Been to a lot of hotels in Greece and many countries and this hotel is by far the most exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
