Location

This apartment complex is located in Rhodes, on the outskirts of the old medieval city. A 15-minute walk takes guests to the beach and to the centre of town with its fancy shops, restaurants and lively bars. The ancient stadium and acropolis are also just around the corner.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 5-storey building with a lift and 71 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a cash machine, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge).

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Among the standard features of some rooms is a balcony or terrace, offering a view of the surrounding area. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. A waterslide provides fun for all ages. Sun loungers and parasols the sun terrace complete the holiday. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym.

The hotel includes a restaurant and a bar. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    currently staying in the hotel, checked in on the 19th of May. Tonight (24th May @1am) we locked ourselves out of the room as we went into our friends room the next door over. we went down to reception and a lady there came up to let us in room. but while in reception, there was also a older man working, I assume the night porter. he turned around and told my friend she needed to wear more clothes in the lobby, he was rude about it. she was wearing a bikini top with shorts and flipflops (very commen outfit worn in a warm country) we also seen peoplein string bikinis at the lunches and there a pool connected to lobby also. we were locked out of room so how would she have gotten more clothes? also no one down in reception at all to see her. it was really ignorent to say and also inappropriate, as shes only 18. it also really upset my friend, who was left feeling mortified and uncomfortable. we said it to the lovely woman who brought us up to the room, she just said he was oldfashioned. I work as a hotel receptionist myself and this isnt a commen rule in hotels. and we will be putting in a complaint with the hotel also. hotel rooms are nice, bad veiws from our balcony (childrens cresh and abondoned buildings), friendly housekeeping, food isnt great but usually expected with inclusive hotels, other unmentioned facilities are grand.

    I have stayed here a few times now, because the hotel is really clean and near the old town, the food as improved since the first time i stayed here, the staff are lovely, and they now have entertainment at dinner, nice touch. The hotel is vey small and compacked, but spotless, they have made a lot of changes here for the better may i say, but drinks are what you expect from an all inclusive which is weak. Unless you buy the premium drinks, all inc stops at 10.30, the bar closes at 12 midnight. The coffee in the room is bloody awfull. Change your brand castellum. And do yourselves a favour.

    Excellent hotel in a perfect position to explore the old town and surrounding area. Food good and room clean. Staff polite and helpful at all times. The staff in the restaurant worked their socks off, clearing tables and keeping the food re filled. The only downside was lack of wardrobe space, one rail in a cupboard with a fridge underneath which meant that dresses got scrunched up, but hey we managed! Bathroom was spotless with one of the most powerful showers I’ve experienced in a hotel,, oh and nice toiletries too! Ask at reception for a map or go on google maps and explore old town, the ancient Olympic stadium , the acropolis, the list goes on. All within walking distance. Walk down to the harbour where you can book trips to Lindos, Symi or hop across to Turkey and visit Marmaris.
