    Everything was perfect and amazing, the room was always clean and the staff at the reception and the bar always smiley. The breakfast was really good!! 5 stars thank you for everything!!

    You must try the amazing cocktails from the lovely Eva at City Bistro, the bar of city center hôtel in Rhodes. I took several Times Caipeirina and Mojito and they are delicious and not light as in many bars. Try it. You will not be disappointed.

    After staying elsewhere in Rhodes town and then leaving Symi a day early to return to Rhodes because of the heat in Symi, we managed to make a last-minute reservation for one night here. My husband and I absolutely love this hotel and wished we had been here from the start.It was extremely hot during our stay in Rhodes. Our first hotel had no air conditioning in the lobby or breakfast room, just in our room. It was the same at our place in Symi. We love this hotel because of its location and our comfortable room with a nice balcony, but mostly because it has a nice big air conditioned lobby with glass doors looking out on the street. Just outside the glass doors is a shaded and covered outside terrace next to the sidewalk. Great for people watching and so nice to sit in air conditioned comfort and read our books. Also the staff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and is in a separate room at the back and comfortable with air-conditioning as well. I give this hotel 5+ stars.

    Great staff but room in very bad conditions

    We stayed in this hotel for one week. The experience was decent thanks to the the staff that was very friendly and to the breakfast which was okay. However, the room that we received was worthy of a hostel, with old furniture, without a closet with shelves, the shower barely worked and the carpet in the hallway was very dirty. The conditions offered are rather for a 2-star hotel.

    Nice hotel on a good location. The room could use an update. Closet had no shelves, the toilet very small ( the toilet to close to the bathtub). Some options for drying wet towels on the balcony would be great.The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels every day, breakfast ok.
