  Fabulous stay at this hotel

  We have just spent a week at this hotel.Hotel is spotlessly clean . Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms are quite small but so much storage . Room serviced every day and clean towels are provided. Small fridge in room which was useful to keep water cool and milk for making a cup of tea.We had a room which looked over pool and sea which was very quiet.Sun loungers very comfortable , however they are so close together which is not so nice . Of course usual saving of sun loungers by some and then not using for hours despite notices asking not to do so.Food good for buffet style and a good choice .Hotel is in such a convenient position , bus stop directly outside and access to beach and promenade via steps and gate using your room key. A couple of niggles , firstly smoking is allowed around the pool area and because sun loungers are so tightly packed in this is not pleasant . Perhaps an area could be allocated just for smokers?Secondly the constant piped music everywhere no escape from that !We had a lovely time and will be returning to this hotel.

  Dreadful background music

  This is a very good hotel. Unfortunately, I would never return because the constant excruciating background music is equivalent to Chinese water torture. I complained, but they said there was nothing they can do about it because it was chosen by head office. We leave the place on Saturday and we will not be back.

  Hotel spotless everywhere and the majority of staff pleasant and helpful. Nice rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. Free in room safe and no deposit for pool towels. UK tv channels a bonus. Best comfy sun loungers again a plus. Easy access to promenade but quite a few steps with security gate. Low key entertainment at the bar area on Floor 8 with nice ‘fire pit towers’ lit when cool. Breakfast good with cooking station and plenty of choice.Now the not so good bits….Sun loungers with towels on for hours but nobody using. The evening meal is no sense of occasion as it’s exactly like breakfast ie no table cloths all self service ( except drinks ) Again a cooking station but very repetitive ingredients every night so it would put me off booking half board again unfortunately. Would I stay here again possibly yes as the position of the hotel and bus stops outside ( for the excellent cheap bus service ) is a winner ! Tip, try to book a high floor as far away from the front reception of the hotel due to road noise.

  Lovely hotel breakfast was good a lot of choices ,Room was lovely, Only one thing was the beds kept with towels on them ,There was a sign saying no keeping beds but it wasn't enforced

  Excellent hotel great customer service from start to finish.Great attention to detail and personal touches.The roof top bar is wonderful.
