    Great staff, great location. Good price. The hotel is small but has anything you would need in a city hotel. Booked a quadruple room for my family which didn't leave us much empty space inside but it was ok. The rooms were clean. Breakfast is poor. The staff is very helpful.

    The hotel is generally minimal and clean. I read in some comments that the hotel is located on a street with bars and that they couldn't sleep at night. I don't know if it's because of the direction our room faces, but we have never experienced such a problem. When we made a reservation on Booking.com, we requested a room on the upper floors as a special request, but they placed us on the first floor, and our view was of the wall of another hotel. Another request of ours was that we were really happy to see that the hotel offered a free transfer service from the airport, but we were coming from the Touristiko Port, which is much closer to the hotel, and we had to walk for 30 minutes. (With the heat of summer, it feels like an hour, especially if your luggage is heavy.) We messaged the hotel to indicate that we wanted to use our free shuttle service from the port instead of the airport (as I mentioned, the hotel is really much closer to the port). However, they responded negatively, and we had to walk (it was really hot, and we were exhausted by the time we arrived). When we arrived at the hotel, we had requested an early check-in (we know it's normally at 1:00 PM, but we didn't want to wait since we were already very tired), but unfortunately, they couldn't help us with that either. The room was a bit dirty, and there were trash left over from previous guests. The dental kit and shampoo sets were really good and of high quality, but we were not satisfied at all with the room cleaning upon entry. On the second day, when our room was cleaned, the cleanliness was quite good, and as a nice gesture, small candies were left on our pillows. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photograph. In the room they sold for four people, there were two single beds, one sofa, and one extra bed. And all of these things were covering everywhere. When four of us tried to move to a spot in the room, we really struggled. The items in the room had been considered and were not old. In the minibar, a quantity of water and soft drinks is provided according to the number of people. The breakfast was nice; there weren't too many options, but there were filling items. The apple pie that has been made is definitely worth trying. The hotel's location is a 2-3 minute walk to the sea. It's about 15-20 minutes to the center. Overall, we were satisfied. If I come to Rhodes again, I might stay, but I can't say for sure that I will come.

    Don’t be fooled!

    Honestly, I'm still in shock from our stay at this hotel. We walked into our room, expecting it to look like the nice photos on booking.com, but it was nothing like that. There were stains everywhere, mold on the walls, and we even found hair on our sheets! How does that even happen?What's confusing is the 9.2 rating on booking.com. I genuinely have no idea how it got such good reviews. And calling this place a 4-star hotel? I don’t get it.We were so disgusted that we booked another place immediately. We went to the front desk to ask for our money back. They told us the manager would call us about a refund and that we'd definitely get our money back. Well, guess what? No call. No refund. Nothing.If you're thinking about staying here, seriously, think twice. The pictures aren’t what you get, and the service is just as bad. I'd avoid this place if I were you.

    Central boutique hotel right in the heart of the city. Very beautiful and well-kept. The rooms are comfortable, very good beds and mattresses. Spotlessly clean and all the staff are kind and willing to help. Breakfast is very good with kind staff! All the highlights of the city with ten minutes walk. Well done and we hope to come again

    The hotel was recently renovated and it looks great. Our room was very spacious, well illuminated and Mediterranean themes. Toiletries were excellent and local. Staff cleaned it every day with care. Breakfast was great with especially good coffee.The staff were very friendly and helpful.There were some minor issues with the bathroom but that was nothing that bothered us.Overall great value for a hotel like this. The location makes it perfect to visit both Rhodes Town and the nearby beaches. Highly recommended.
