    Fabulous room been renovated to a high standard as seen in photos, big shower room and lovely comfortable beds big bed room plenty of storage space in wardrobe, dressing table nice balcony air conditioning and safe included in price, best room and apartments we've stayed in years, buffet breakfast included in price plenty of hot and cold choice for everyone freshly made everyday, nice pool aswell plenty of beds at pool ,right on beach with plenty of sun beds ,many thanks for a great stay will return again for sure as we've booked already ,all the staff from the boss to the bar maids to cook and cleaners do a great job.

    Beautiful location at the extreme south end of Faliraki - the centre of which is best avoided.Elpida was right on the beach, staff were really lovely, breakfast very good and varied and lunches we had there were also great.The apartment we had was basic. But had every thing we needed including excellent air con. Only downside was the bathroom- tropical Greek shower with just a curtain that floods the bathroom…… I think there are some higher priced newly refurbished apartments too.The bay where it is situated is wonderful with such clear, clean water - fantastic for snorkelling - and about 200 metres further south is Mandomata beach.Tavernas in the bay were all very good and we didn’t find the need to venture into Faliraki to dine.We had a late flight so paid 25€ to keep the apartment until 5pm.100% recommended

    Lovely hotel with very friendly and accomodating staff who went above and beyond during our stay. The standard studio room was a decent size and fulfilled our needs for the seven nights that we stayed. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to find somewhere close to the beach, within walking distance to bars and restaurants, and most importantly staff who provide an excellent service!

    Walked in for breakfast and the lady behind the counter looked annoyed. Not a single polite welcoming word..felt we were intruding. Had to drink coffee and rush away. Chanel used to say. " If you cannot put up a smile.. don't run a commercial business" I did not like the atmosphere at all..very uncomfortable..I hope she is not the owner..or they will have problems with costumers always..I will not come back.

    Smashing place to stay near the mandomata beach. Clean well maintained rooms within easy reach of the beach. 24 hours reception, wifi in rooms and bar area. Lovely food, very reasonably priced food and drink, and a superb family atmosphere.The buffet breakfast is a smashing deal for €12, and unlimited coffee and juice. The staff are superb and made my stay all the more fun. Excellent stay
