  Adore this beautiful Hotel......twice every year we indulge! The wonderful Maria R always looks after our booking requests and we love our fave room. Marilena in the Emerald looks after us with complete class and Mr Manolis and Xaris keep everything running perfectly 👌. House keeping keeps everything beautiful, all the time.   18th Wedding Anniversary Trip ❤️

  We have just come back from awonderful 4 night stay to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. The staff treat you like royalty - so helpful and welcoming. Champagne on arrival and a lovely celebratory cake with a note to wish us a happy anniversary. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Housekeeping great - we loved the turn down service and chocolates each evening !Spa treatments were superb. Facials and back masssges great. All meals were great , we particularly enjoyed the breakfast with the Panoramic views. The choice of food at breakfast was outstanding. We loved the Elite lounge too - v pleased that we had the Club package to be able to use it. (My husband had a special attachment to the Turkish delight!) Special mention to the staff Ioanna, Evalina and Nadia. Michalis at breakfast. was lovely and Bruna. A nice man who I didn’t get his name was also lovely to chat too in the Noble restaurant and he was also working at breakfast the next day. Housekeeping also was good and the lady who did the turn down on an evening. I also noticed how hard the gardener was working everyday We will def return to this hotel - it is a jewel in Rhodes.   Another wonderful stay at the Elysium Hotel and Spa Resort.

  This was our third visit to The Elysium, and once again, we had a wonderful stay. From arriving at the hotel reception, until our departure after a week, we were treated like family, with the utmost respect and professionalism by every member of staff. Although the hotel itself is immaculately clean, well organised, proficient and dedicated to making the guest experience to be one of the finest, the actual beauty of this hotel has to be with all the staff, who work so hard, and are always friendly, polite and welcoming. It is testament to the hotel that most of the staff are also returning season after season, which means they know their guests well.From the exceptional food range presented in the restaurants, cooked to perfection by the chefs behind the kitchen walls, to the front of house service given by the all the servers. Special thanks again, go to Manolis and Mariana who seated us every day, and were so attentive to our needs, but all the staff were lovely. We also had occasion to visit the panoramic roof top breakfast area with Michael and his staff, who were also very professional and welcoming.The location of the hotel is ideal for a lovely chill out stay, being right on a lovely shale beach, close to the water's edge., or close to the local town of Rhodes, with a bus stop outside the hotel. There is no difficulty in obtaining sun-loungers, either on the beach or around the pool, in tidy, well kept surroundings. This hotel is highly inclusive, and makes less abled guests feel as welcome as possible, and again, special mention goes out to Elton (Beach Supervisor) and his colleague, Jeffrey, who went above and beyond to help site the beach rope so that anyone who found difficulty getting in and out of the water in the sliding shale (me!) could use this to access the water more easily. For those who required wheelchair access, the decked beach areas and robotic chair, enabled them to go for swim sessions, admirably assisted by Elton and Jeffrey throughout the day. This ensures a relaxing environment for everyone. The ability to order from your sun lounger from the Almyra Bar is also helpful, and once again, staff were so helpful.The evening entertainment is varied, and choices range from the Crystal bar and lounge, or outdoors, and certainly the acts had everyone joining in, or just chilling.With great spacious rooms, all with sea views, and a cleaning team who were efficient and unobtrusive, were were so well looked after again at this gem of a hotel and plan to return again later in the year. This is now our go to hotel for a most relaxing holiday., and given the numbers of returning guests, we are not alone in this thought, and all credit goes to the teams working at this magnificent hotel to make everyone's stay so pleasant.   A hotel that I will definitely return to! My partner and I travel a lot in Greece and we are vegans - I want to praise and mention Manolis, the dining room manager, who took care of us every day!   The Elysium Hotel and Spa is an absolute gem and totally exceeded our expectations. The staff are a credit to the hotel.We’d especially like to commend Mr Manolis, the restaurant manager, who made our stay and my partner’s 65th birthday extra special.
