Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, families, young people and singles, this apartment hotel is located outside of Faliraki, right by the beach. It is about 12 km to the centre with all its tourist attractions. The apartment hotel is located just steps from nightlife and shopping.

Facility

65 apartments are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel doctor. A business centre with fax machine and photocopier is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures.     Excellent location, walking distance to major sites, and a quick Uber ride to almost every attraction. The room was clean, comfortable and staff were super friendly. I forgot an item in the room after my checkout and when I returned to get my luggage, it was given to me. I will definitely stay at Up Viamonte again!     Excellent location very close to Teatro Colon and Avenida 9 Julio. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large room with comfortable beds. Breakfast ok, standard SA, type. Coffee good! The hotel needs a touch up here and there.We recommend this hotel!!     This is a great Hotel in a good location.The rooms are clean and spacious. Very happy to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buenos Aires. Alex and the team on the reception desk are very friendly and extremely helpful.     Spectacular Staff

    The room was spacious, had a king bed, and a little kitchenette and dining table for two. We faced Viamonte street and found the room and hotel clean, quiet, and safe. The stand-out were the staff. We encountered three gentlemen who took different shifts at the reception: Maximillian, Reuben, and Alex. All were super nice and helpful. We had the unfortunate experience at the Retirio train station to be violently attacked and our cell phone stollen. When we arrived back to the hotel to lock our iPhone, the staff swung into mode of helping. They gave us the information for the Tourist Police and arranged a taxi to take us there. We are very grateful even if the police were useless—despite our having the exact location of the phone via Find My Phone! We also had a delivery to the hotel that involved an exchange of money, which they handled well. Highly recommend this hotel, which we booked on Booking.Com. To avoid the VAT, pay in ARS when you arrive.     Up Viamonte hotel is a great option.

    My wife and I had a nice stay in this hotel. The staff is wonderful. The location is very convenient. The price was very reasonable. Alex at the front desk was super kind and helpful. We were upgraded to 2 bedroom unit in the upper floor that was very comfortable and had a balcony.
