Location

Perfect for beach holidaymakers, families, young people and singles, this eco-hotel lies on the outskirts of Faliraki, on a main road a short walk from the sea. It is about 12 km to the centre with all its tourist attractions. The nearest shops and nightlife (bars, restaurants) are about 3 km away.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2025. Units include 546 rooms located in a 7-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The complex offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 9 lifts. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom, and air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures just the right temperature. In most units, guests can enjoy a partial sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a baby bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The resort has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 2 outdoor pools (no extra charge), while children have a special swimming area just for them. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. The resort offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including bocce, beach volleyball, crazy golf and jogging. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis. With aquafit or, for a fee, water skiing, jet skiing and banana boat rides available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards and table football. Guests can relax and unwind in the wellness area (massage treatments). Third-party operators offer massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, live cooking, diet meals, gluten-free meals, children's meals, vegan food and vegetarian dishes, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A continental breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Special culinary options, such as lactose-free food, are also available. Baby food is available (on request, free of charge). For guests, international brands are included.

    Very impressive indeed, staff first class

    Loved the hotel, cane with family who had young children. Hotel was spotless, food was first class but what made the hotel special was the staff, every member of staff we came across was very friendly. The beach bar stands out as brilliant, the staff, Flora and Fedra were first class, the drinks were already being prepared as we approached the front of the queue.

    I’m into day three of a 7 day stay. Positives So far Food is great can’t complain, pancakes in the morning are best my children have had even from Archie’s.. Hotel looks clean and in good location We stayed in a garden view family superior room very spacious, views are not great NegativesEven though the pancakes are good they aren’t cooked quick enough there is always a long queue waiting for them.Soft drinks taste awful especially the coke, it’s flat watered down and weak, when you’re paying for all inclusive you expect something nice to drink disappointed kids. The mattresses are awful I’m sure they are made from sponge very cheap not great to sleep on. Only one pillow per person, it’s not very comfortable some are too hard some are too soft. Pool has been shut down twice since being here, someone taking a poo in the pool, it’s unacceptable spoiling it for everyone else, it’s obvious it’s the same person as it’s the same time of day on both occasions. We go on all inclusive holidays twice a year even though the food is fantastic that doesn’t out weigh the other negatives we have encountered. The pool thing is absolutely disgusting something I’ve never encountered before.

    Hotel located just outside of Faliraki and right on the beach. The hotel, rooms and facilities are great. Friendly atmosphere and staff super helpful. Animation team work so hard to keep everyone entertained.One star dropped due to hit and miss room cleaning (even though 7 days a week stated). Teas and coffees never replenished, had to ask at reception. Plus flimsy paper cups for your morning drink which didn’t make sense as the hotel works hard at being environmentally friendly. Stayed 10 days and the beds were not changed once.First time in Faliraki and it seems entertainment, dining etc is largely hotel based. If you fancy a change from the All-Inclusive environment it’s a trip into Faliraki. But lots of lovely restaurants and chilled bars there, without needing to visit the main strip

    We had a very nice stay at this hotel overall. It’s a large hotel with many facilities and activities, so there was always something to do. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.Our room had a beautiful sea view, and we especially appreciated that there was always fruit and snacks available with the all-inclusive package. Another big plus was the free sunbeds on the beach.The hotel is a bit far from Rhodes Town, but it was very convenient that the bus stops right outside the hotel. One small downside was the rocky area under the water at the beach, which could feel a bit slippery and awkward when entering the sea.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to others looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

    Had a great holiday! People from the resort are very service oriented. One of my children fell and had some blood on her lip. Was over quickly but the Esperides people were very concerned and helped us really good.The food is also great, especially for an all-inclusive resort. Drinks are local drinks, so taste different than at home. But with a very extensive menu card there will be a nice drink for everyone. Bars and facilities are everywhere you go within the resort.Pools are great, especially the one for the very little children. One pool has a maximum of 20cm deep. The other one has a maximum of 40cm deep. And besides these pools you also have 2 additional pools for adults.
