Location

This spa hotel is located right on the public sandy beach, outside of Faliraki. It is ideal for beach holidaymakers, families, young people and singles, as well as anyone seeking rest and a bit of seclusion. The centre is located approximately 12 km away, and tourist attractions can be reached within about 3 km.

Facility

The resort has 250 rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge (subject to availability). Further services include a car hire service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a page service and a hotel doctor. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. A business centre with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room and a bathroom. Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures comfortable temperatures. A welcome gift awaits guests. Many units feature a sea view, which creates a particularly lovely ambience. Rooms include a sofa bed. On request, children's beds can be provided for a fee. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. A mini fridge and a tea/coffee station are standard features. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The resort has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool (no extra charge). Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes bocce and beach volleyball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis and paragliding. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing and parasailing. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga, aerobics and pilates or, for a fee, billiards. The resort offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include a sauna and, for an additional fee, a spa, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments, aromatherapy, cellulite treatment and a reflexology massage. Third-party operators offer a spa, beauty salon, massage treatments, aromatherapy, cellulite treatment and reflexology massage. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities and activities, including an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A continental breakfast guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serves themselves at the generous buffet. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. Baby food (on request) provides for little ones' well being. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages.

    A fantastic, nice and clean, hotel and environment! We had a room with sea view and its definitely worth every penny, fantastic view! Comfortable beds, soundproof rooms. The hotel is located a bit outside faliraki but there are both several shops in the area and a bus stop just outside the hotel that takes you in many directions such as Faliraki, Rodos, Lindos. The hotel staff, especially at the reception, was very friendly and provided great guest service. We are very happy with our stay and will for sure come back!

    We had a good stay. Very helpfull employers, all of our questions were perfectly answered. There was something broken in the shower. Even though it was evening, it was immediately fixed. The food (buffet en main dishes) was perfect, we've got extra explanations because of pregnancy.Pools and lazy river are great, plenty of sunbeds available in the shadow or sun. Showers for washing before and after swimming, small cabins for changing clothes near the pools. Fitness area situates in the spa/indoor pool, is small. Openingtimes of the pools are a bit narrow, they are closing at 6pm and opening at 10 am. Sufficient (uncovered) parkingspace.Nice to walk to the faliraki centre 45 minutes possible walking via the beach (partly boardwalk) or sidewalk/mainroad.There is a supermarket inside with everything you need, open untill late for a snack/drink if you don't want to go to the lobbybar.

    We have just had our stay for the first time and it was excellentLovely, clean hotel, spacious, good food, good facilities and great service from the team in all areas of the hotel. We have been offered great advice to make our stay better, been very well looked after and it has a lovely personal feel to the stay. We have to call out Anastasia on reception and Evita in the restaurant (Mari Ma) who have been first class and made a real difference. Plenty of space in the grounds for sunbathing, beach, poolside and grass areas. Rooms good size and well equipped and close to both Rhodes town and Faliraki for eating out.     The hotel was beautifully clean and had very helpful and friendly staff. Wee arrived later and were greeted with a 24/7 reception that provided amazing service and advice on the hotel and local area. Throughout the holiday they also assisted with booking taxis to various locations over the island and was overall very comforting. All staff speak English and are keen to assist. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely return in the future.
