Location

The hotel is located in the centre of Rhodes town, directly opposite Psaropoula beach. The beach is not only a mere 50 metres away, it is also one of the cleanest beaches on the island. The hotel is also a stone's throw away from a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and banks. There are many dining options around the hotel and in Rhodes Old Town, 1.5 km away. Further afield, the cool bubbling streams of the Seven Springs Gorge are 15 km away and the Aquarium is only 900 metres from the hotel. Rhodes Diagoras Airport is 15 km from the hotel.

Facility

50 studios, 10 single rooms and 40 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a cash machine, a smoke alarm and a smoking area. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The apartment hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar.

Meals

The dining area includes a non-smoking restaurant and a breakfast room. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    Good hotel for price. It was clean. Music is loud. Fun and ideal if you want to party.

    You get what you pay for with this hotel. For people my age (20s) and if you want a party holiday it is completely ideal. Round the corner is a strip of bars and clubs open till 5am. It was so fun! It’s so easy to get back to the hotel. If you want to go into falaraki to have more clubs it’s only a 30 minute cab ride at about €30. Just be careful at what time you leave falaraki to get back as I left at around 4 ish and there were no taxis around. But the actual location of the hotel is near enough bars and clubs that are fun and great location as it’s 2 minutes away. It’s also seconds away from a lovely beach which has a lot of restaurants along for lovely lunch spots. Staff are friendly. The breakfast wasn’t amazing, we got up one morning for it but didn’t bother the rest, but like I say it’s a cheap hotel so can’t expect much more. Go to this hotel if you want a party holiday but chill in the day as the pool is lovely. There’s a bit of a rundown building behind it but just ignore that part haha. Music is quite loud so if you don’t want to hear that then I wouldn’t recommend.

    As budget hotels go you get what you pay for.Staff are ok, room cleaned every day,Smallest room ever, you can rest your head on the wall while sat on the toilet.Shower tiny, door damaged and wouldn’t close properly.As it is budget it attracted lots of young people who monopolised the pool every day, The pool from a distance looks lovely, as is the pool area.Breakfast ok, food at the bar good.Ideal spot for younger people but not for my age bracket 60+If you use the lockers just be aware it’s a one time use and charges you €2 every time you open it.As budget holidays go it’s ok, but won’t return.

    We stayed for a week B&B I asked for a sea view and that’s what we got but the room was very small I thought for two of use even though it had three beds in it I asked if we could change rooms we arrived Wednesday and were offered a room change on the Saturday by then I was past it so we stayed in the room didn’t want to pack and unpack all week we asked if we could extend the room on the day we were leaving and finally asked on the last day to be told unfortunately no, so ended up booking another appointment nearer the airport. The pool was open 10am to 6pm but only had 8 sun-loungers and then some thin mattress things getting a place to sit round the pool in the sun was hit and miss the pool bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. The room was serviced it felt like every day by a lovely lady. The breakfast was ok no complaints. All together the hotel was clean and in good order, I think the rooms at the front of the hotel are the better rooms and you can still see the sea.

    A CLEAN and COMFORTABLE HOTEL.GOOD HOTEL PITY ABOUT THE MUSIC.VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL STAFF.THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THE MUSIC BARS ACROSS THE ROAD, PLAYING VERY LOUD MUSIC EVERY NIGHT UNTIL 5 AM IN THE MORNING.STAFF DID OFFER EAR PLUGS.IF TAKING YOUNGER FAMILY MEMBERS WOULD CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION.

    We really liked Europa hotel. Before the trip, we read negative reviews and now we don't understand why, it's a very nice hotel for 3 stars. Everything was great! Great location in the center of Rhodes town and just 1 minute to the beach and hundreds of restaurants. We spent 12 wonderful days at the hotel (BB), we got rooms on the 7th floor. The elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, then the steps, but with this view from the room - the rest was not important. It's incredibly wonderful to wake up every morning with such a great sea view. The rooms are spacious and there is a kitchenette, everything was very clean. We are very grateful to Maria, who always kept our rooms clean and was very kind to us. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful, good breakfasts. The bar and pool opens at 10 a.m., the bartender and the lifeguard are very nice and friendly people. There is a street with bars next to the hotel, where music plays at night. But if you close the window, you can't hear it. We really enjoyed our vacation at Europa hotel, once again we want to thank all the staff who made our stay at the hotel so pleasant. :)
