    The location was really good but dont expect luxury its basic and our room had no view but one of looking at a laundry so little privacy . We asked for 2 single beds but arrived to a double . They did put a camp bed in the next morning but both beds a little thin and uncomfortable.The owner or I think he was is very off hand . I can’t say rude but just not very approachable. I gave up and exempted what we had . Old towels and no shower screen . The worst part is keys they are welded to electric fob so if one person wants to go out they have to lock other one in as it can’t be separated . I asked for 2 keys I was told no bluntly . We had ants on first night but this was sorted the next morning . The shower runs hot and cold . The area was lovely and gorgeous beach

    The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming and the rooms are perfect for the price! It has a really nice pool area, it’s in the perfect location next to shops and the beach and they also own the restaurant below that serves really great food where you get a 10% guest discount. You also can’t hear any music from the nearby bars.

    We stayed at Falirala Central from 22 Sept to 6 Oct. My only complaint was the mattresses were only slightly softer than the floor. Everything else was perfect! They always kept the rooms clean. The housekeepers were so kind and sweet, even checking in with my mom when she was having a couple of days of not feeling well. Costas and Panayioutis were great at helping with any questions. We ate at the restaurant, Eat Greek!, which was delicious. Greek food was pretty authentic abd the most affordable (hotel guests get 10% discount ). Plus the wait staff were very friendly and food was relatively quick from ordering to eating. The hotel is just next to the beach, literally a 1 minute walk away. We heard the noise level would keep us awake (from a bustling town Center at night), but we hardly heard anything at all. Pool was nice. Only one depth at about 1 meter, but good size and clean. Several parking spots to the rear, so if you hire a car, it’s close parking. There isn’t a regular check in desk, you check in at the restaurant. Not a big deal, I just didn’t expect it. 10/10, I would definitely stay here again!

    WHAT DO YOU WANT was the response we got when we rang the number listed on the website. What was advertised (Booking.com) as "a whole apartment" was actually a single room with a divider! Complete scam. When we arrived we were taken to a tiny room with three single beds (we booked for four adults) It stank of Jeyes fluid. We were then told to come back in an hour and they would move us into a room with a double bed and two single beds. We only booked this for one night to make it convenient to have a beach day at Faliraki. Our own resort was 10 minutes up the road in a taxi. The images on Booking.com are very misleading. If Booking.com are going to advertise this place they should be more honest and advertise it as a hostel at best.Oddly enough, the restaurant the landlord owns underneath is actually quite nice with decent food (slightly more expensive than other restaurants}

    This is the best location apartment in Faliraki.Big pool and well-equipped rooms.The main sandy beach is 10 meters, the main street is 10 meters.5 minutes walking: bars, restaurants, discotheques, boutiqies, markets.The apartments owner is a lovely family. Thanks to them to the wonderful vacation.
