16 single rooms and 76 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Recently got back from.stayimg here, in Rhodes. I deal location, near beaches ( stoney btw), near town, and near cut through streets to get to the old town ( highly recommend a visit to there ). The room was a double, on the fifth floor, so we had a view of the sea and Turkey too from.out little balcony.. The room was clean, beds firm, bedding immaculate. The shower/ bathroom, was a wet room, so no shower curtain, and no, not everything gets wet from no shower cubicle with curtain. So it makes it easy to use if you have mobility issues. Everything spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely and friendly. All in all I would stay there again . It's not he height of luxury, but it's functional, clean and certainly value for money. Ideal as a base, (after all, you're not going on holiday all that way to sit in your hotel room,are you ) to go off and explore the island, highly recommend hiring a car and going off the beaten track a little, there's some amazing places if you just go off. Would suggest getting a proper road map rather than relying on the touristy ones. If you're looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, to use as a base, I would recommend staying here.

    I booked a single room. It was small, dirty and in need of refurbishment. The bed was placed behind a wall in a coffin-like space. After one night listening to the condenser out on my balcony which ran 24 hours a day, I got a different room which was marginally less scabby. When I went out I didn’t really want to go back to the hotel. My room was cleaned and made up once in the week and I was left without a bath mat. Breakfast in the hotel included unmatched crockery, one kind of fruit juice, no fresh fruit , no eggs and a reliance on cheese and ham DIY toasties.

    This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at was not expecting much but when we arrived we had booked 2 rooms but was given one room for the first night the room was dirty one of the beds was a camping bed with stains on that came though to the bed sheets one of the wall lights had no cover and exposed wire plugs for fridge has duck tape on in dust in all the plug sockets rust on toilet brush holder and bathroom bin . Mould around the shower and drain in bathroom stinks . We had to request are second room 3 time and then they tried to charge us tax for the day we did not have the second room which was no better than the first room glass panel missing from balcony mould and dirt on curtains bathroom mould and rust air con that we paid for did not work . Roof top garden was dirty and looked like not been cleaned for a long time . Pool I did not use after one look I have photos of the state of the place which is not something I do would not recommend.

    Hotel was 2* so didn't expect a Palace. Room, coriander reception areas spotlessly clean but some areas worn down. Pool area however required a deep clean and an upgrade. Pool itself was clean but surroundings were worn down, untidy and required some work to upgrade. very limited sunbeds and sun was hit and miss during the day. Shower cubicle in room was exceptionally small and was difficult to shower properly. Hotel location is perfect. Friendly staff. Roof top bar is nice on an evening. 3 min walk to the beach. Transfers will.not drop off outside hotel so u have to walk from the hotel down the road about 2 minutes.

    Simply no words to describe this hotel. It’s a health and safety risk waiting to happen. The ‘room’ was a box room with camp bed, the balcony had rusted with loose railings. Pool in shaded area and loud pipes that leak everywhere. The bathroom door frames were falling off. Would give 0 start if I could.
