  BROKEN WRIST on Blocked Drains - MAIN ROAD Very loud

  Very disappointed, i got out of the shower on the first night and fell over in the bathroom, i was very confused as to how this happened to realise the drain was blocked in the bathroom. i asked the maid to come in the next morning to clear the water from the floor (it was still there over night). I went to hospital in the morning as the pain and swelling got worse.I upgraded my room at a cost so i could have a lovely stay with my husband (after some tragic events in the family).. I asked for a refunds and was refused, this reined my holiday and would like compensation as the hotel refuses to except it was there fault. K Boutique Hotel, Γενικός Διευθυντής at K Boutique Hotel, responded to this review Dear guest,Referring to the accident you had and the effort you are making to make it appear that the hotel is responsible for it, we have to emphasize the following:You tell us that for so many days you stayed in a room with such a big problem in your bathroom but you did not inform the reception or let the maids come in to clean.(The maids informed us that every day there was a red card on your room door not to enter the room and the one time they came in to clean our technician also came in and assured us there was no problem with the drains.)We were very sorry to hear about the accident you had and we, as human first of all, tried to make everything we could just to make you to feel good.Dear our guest, the accident you had during your vacation is in no way due to our fault.Let us remind you once again of your words "it was a bad time that was meant to happen.”

  Wonderful memories

  Today our vacation ended and we returned to our country happy, rested and with many wonderful memories.Let's start with the beautiful island of Rhodes. Beautiful places to visit, good food, beaches with clear blue waters and unforgettable nightlife.The hotel we stayed at was the K Boutique in Ialyssos. A beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel where from the moment of arrival the staff makes you feel at home.We enjoyed our breakfast in the atrium next to the pool which was very tasty and with a wide variety.We visited the Spa twice for an unforgettable relaxing massage.In general, our holidays were fantastic and we will definitely go back to Rhodes and to K Boutique as well.P.S.It is unfair if some tourists are not having a good time for their own reasons to express so much malice in their comments.And especially when it's not true...   A nice base

  Had the pleasure of spending a week here, 20 bedrooms but the pool felt like our own, staff are cheerful, and couldn’t be more helpful, rooms are very spacious, hotel is spotlessly clean, and quiet, would highly recommend. (I found the bed too hard, new matress I think,but that’s just a personal preference).   Great 2 nights stay here. Hotel's lobby and the pool area were really nice. We enjoyed this hotel, it had a cool patio and pool area. Services from the staff was excellent. The hallways were amazing and our the room was so white and bright. We liked the separate living room inside our room and the fireplace. Great and clean venue the bathroom.. nice hand, as well as their soap, bathrobes etc. Nice touches!   Everything is clean from the moment you arrive. The staff was very polite and always gave a lending hand. All the facilities were regularly cleaned. The hotel in itself is absolutely beautiful and great for pictures. The location was perfect and my room was spotless and spacious with clean towels and paper at the bathroom. This hotel was all in all perfect, it made us truly enjoy our stay and we hope to come back. I truly recommend this place!
