    We got a junior suite in the middle of the suites with private pool. Pool is fresh and gets cleaned often. Even has a little bubble bath in it. Very nice terrace over the pool with 3 sunbeds which you can move over or behind the pool, great function! Airconditioning works great as well. TV has all the apps you need on it. Large fridge and comfortable beds. Apartment even has 2 different shower heads, one of them is a rain shower. Bedroom has an automatic shutter which made the holiday mornings even better. Had some food delivery options as well.Cleaning is not included in the price of the apartment, but there is a washing machine, you get 3 towels p.p. Which you can wash yourself. The bedsheets get cleaned weekly and if you like, there is a cleaning service for a fee.The apartments are right next to a highway but when the doors are closed, we don’t hear any cars, just a motor on occasion. We rented a scooter which was the best decision ever. From the apartment it’s hard to walk to town but the buses on Rhodes are very good as a way of transportation as well. When you look over the highway you can see the mountains and the sea which is very pretty. WiFi is great, Reception and the staff is really nice. Kolymbia and Faliraki were accessible in less than 15 minutes and there are amazing beaches nearby. You can’t walk there, but the scooter was a great option because we could just hop on and stop right next to the beach or shops. Will definitely come back next year. Great location in the middle of the island, we could reach both old town and Lindos in less than an hour from here.

    Stay well clear. Awful in so many ways

    Our flat was not at all as described. It was dark, and old and off the main road. The noise and smell from passing cars was awful. Terrace had 3 big very noisy aircons blowing hot air onto dining area. Impossible to sit outside and relax. We tried to leave within 10 mn of getting there.owner wouldnt refund us, tried to kick us out. Incredibly rude and lying through his teeth repeatedly. With the help of booking.com we managed to cancel the following 2 nights but still had to pay close to 300 euro for what is in essence a motel with a small private 'pool' (which could do with a better clean). Our teens sunken bedroom gave onto the neighbours terrace so zero privacy. We strongly recommend against staying at this place. Really awful.

    Lovely stay in well equipped villa

    Just returned from a lovely stay in the villas. They are well equipped with everything you need, spacious with lovely pools. They are overlooking a busy dual carriageway so we did experience some road noise but it didn’t disrupt us too much. The windows were shuttered which was great for keeping out the sun. The family were helpful and allowed us to use things left by other guests including pool toys. We did have a few issues with the electrics going off and were advised it would be back on in minutes but we had to chase a few hours later as we had been cooking and were awaiting showers and it turned out to be our villa only so could’ve been fixed within minutes if it had been checked. I’d definitely say you’d struggle without a car as would be dangerous to walk anywhere being on a dual carriageway but taxi’s are easily available. Would definitely recommend and we would return if visiting Rhodes again. Some lovely beaches and restaurants close by.

    Our stay at Kolymbia Village was unforgettable. The hilltop house is beautiful, spacious, and luxurious, with breathtaking views. Petros, our host, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful — truly one of the best hosts we've ever met. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rhodes and we would love to return in the future!

    Great location between Rhodes city and Lyndos. Close to the supermarket and lots of restaurants near the beach. Friendly service, good apartment and nice private swimming pool. Overall a very good experience! We would book it again if we came back...
