  We spent a week in Rhodes and this was our apartment for a week.It was great experience. We had a very relaxing holiday here. The air conditon worked well,the bed was comfortable.The owner is very helpful,he is very kind and he tries to help in case of any problems

  We booked here as we liked the price and were hugely surprised by the comfort of the room and the proximity to the beach. The owners made us feel more like their friends than paying guests, seriously nice people. There is a 'train' that goes around the island (picking up/dropping off at various locations between the beach and the centre. From the centre, which has a very relaxed warmth emanating from it, you can catch a bus to anywhere on the island at a reasonable price. Taxis are also available.The apartments have an outdoor area with BBQ and pizza oven for quests to use which can prove to be a very pleasant way to spend an evening.

  Very friendly and helpful owners. They picked us up at the airport and took back for free. They also gave us very tasty vegetables from garden that was totally free of charge. Afantou beach is very close from apartment, like 3 min walking. The place is very quiet and calm so you can relax 100%. Overall great stay, I'm satisfied.

  It was our 2nd stay at the Kyriakos Studios, had some carefree time happily enjoying life in Afandou. We visited many Greek islands before and were accommodated in all kinds of studios but we did not feel so relaxed anywhere else.It is a quiet and peaceful spot, very suitable for people who want to avoid the commercial touristy holiday resorts but still wish to be close to everything and do not want to miss the athmosphere of a living Greek village either.The studios are clean and comfortable, good size, large wardrobes, well equipped separate kitchen area, nice terrace, free wifi, free air conditioning - everything you need during your stay. Oh..., and once you have tasted the figs in the garden, you'll dream about them :-)Afandou beach is the place where Greeks escape from Rhodes Town and they always know better! It is a beautiful large bay, much less windy than the other side of the island but always with a nice cooling breeze. It is clean and never overcrowded.The beach is a couple of minutes from the studios and you can reach the village in about 20 mins. For car rental visit Kolymbia (3 km), a small compact car (ie. Kia Picanto) costs 40 euros per day. It is a good idea to hire a car for a few days and discover the island.The soul of the Kyriakos Studios however is in its autenticity thanks to the kind family running the studios. Panagiotis and Ekatherina are very friendly and helpful, chatting with them you get an insight into what Rhodian life is like and they can give you tips on what to visit.No question, we'll be back!

  Peace & Quiet

  We have stayed at the Kyriakos Studios-Apartments many times over the years & thought it about time we shared our knowledge.Location - The apartments are a mere 5 min stroll from Afandou beach and approximately 20/25 mins walk into town. In the summer months the little tourist train goes past the apartments up into town via the beach If walking is not your thing. Hospitality - This is a family run business, & we think you would be hard pressed to find more helpful, kind & friendly owners. Panagiotis & his wife Katherina will ensure that you are well looked after.Accommodation - The apartments are modern, very clean and are of a good size, with a separate kitchen area. They have a fridge, Kettle, Microwave, sandwich maker, free air conditioning and free safe in the room. The beds are comfortable, the balconies are fairly large, and there is free Wi-Fi. We have always found the shower to be wonderfully powerful. The rooms are cleaned & linen changed twice weekly. In other words, for us they are just perfect.We really like the fact that it is a quiet place, nobody clip clopping in their high heels in the dead of night. So If you like a good nights sleep, this is the place to come. This is a little Greek gem of a place. Thank you Panagiotis & Katherina for all that you have done for us in the past. We look forward to many more years staying at the Kyriakos Apartments.A&T
