Wonderful stay with amazing staff and beautiful sea

    rating29 May 2026

I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly and always tried their best to make guests feel comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained.I especially appreciated the friendly bartenders, the excellent and high-quality food, and the overall pleasant atmosphere. The location is amazing — everything is close by: the pools, bars and the sea.The sea is absolutely beautiful, crystal clear and very clean. Overall, it was a great experience and I would be happy to come back. Family holiday early 18th Birthday surprise.

    rating28 May 2026

Firstly the positives. The island is beautiful. There is one lady on reception who is extremely sweet, kind and very helpful. The other reception staff are dismissive, scripted and have little to none customer service experience. The North American lady on the main bar and her colleague are so kind, empathetic and sweet, she is the only credit to the hotel. The hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel. It is an average 2 star. The pool closest to the beach caters for mainly European guests and they are favoured considerably. This is the cleanest and calmest of the pools. The catering staff work very hard but the food is poor and apart from breakfast and salad the rest is school canteen quality. The hotel is dated, very dirty and unkempt in most areas. It would not take much to make this hotel better. The lounger tables have not been cleaned in the 10 days we have been here. We asked to move hotels on the 2nd day and every subsequent day thereafter. We spoke to the Jet 2 rep Nicola who although polite was not able or willing to move us. The hotel offered us a different room which was the same standard, next to the children's slides and still dated! We paid over £5000 for 2 Deluxe/superior sea view rooms. The room is barely a side sea view room. The toilet seat was broken and hanging off when we arrived and for 3 days. We informed every day. The reception manager told the rep it wasn't broken. He had been checking our sons room 2 doors up and not ours! He eventually apologised. The tiles were missing from the bathroom wall and there was dirty hand prints on the door furniture and headboard which are still there now. The bathroom floods everytime. The headboard was chipped, the walls had sections of unfinished plaster. The balcony chairs were damaged and dirty. I haven't dared to look at the mattress due to another guests experience. Our sons room has a damaged fly screen and he has bitten relentlessly every day. Opposite our rooms on the 4th floor was another hotel/fitness camp & we were woken at 6.30am to Jolene/Dolly Parton every morning for the first 6 days.. I love Dolly but not at 6.30am. The pool bar food is under cooked and questionable. No bottled water just cups. No fresh orange just cheap cordial. Branded drinks are payable. Tea and coffee is nice. The grounds are dated and the floors damaged in every area. Ants and cockroaches which could easily be removed if cleaned daily. Beds are grubby and could easily be cleaned. We ended up eating out every day! You will need to rent a car or get a bus to get around because nothing is in walking distance. £30 to Lindos which is stunning and approx £18 to Pefkos which is equally beautiful with a sandy beach. Our family holiday/surprise 18th has been ruined by this miserable mis sold hotel and falsely advertised facilities. The gym is not easily accessible it must be booked by app and is always fully booked and small. The "restaurants" are inaccessible by the app and always fully booked. Padel is £20 but tennis is free and you must book by app again. Entertainment is poor although the staff try for the little ones and they are pleasant. We have spent over £1000 eating out in the evenings and most lunch times. Our experience has been extremely poor and the time cannot be replaced. We are heartbroken. Lindos is stunning and well worth a visit. Rhodes old town is stunning and well worth a visit. Pefkos is beautiful and the restaurant food is very good. Favourite restaurants in Lindos are Almyra, Dyonisis, Stefanys and Ktima. Pefkos restaurants Terpsis, Enigma and all of the bars are family friendly. Matina Pefkos is very welcoming and lunch pool food is a very good standard. There is horse riding about a mile away. The Lighthouse beach bar is pretty and in Kiotari. The little train is approx £8 to tour Kiotari but there is not a lot to see. There is a pharmacy near the Mitsis hotels and Andrianna hotel. The H Hotels look stunning and there are a couple of shops and juice bars close to the luxury hotels. I have tried to be as fair as I can but our time has been stolen by a poor experience and misplaced loyalty with Jet2 who have previously been amazing. We have gone out to make the most of our time away from the hotel but this has been costly and time consuming on top of the extortionate amount of money we have had to spend. The rental car is approx £150 for 3 days for a basic car. I truly wished o was writing a better review but for us it has been upsetting and it should have been made up of quality time and precious memories.

    Perfect

    rating25 May 2026

Quite possibly the best holiday we have been on.. This hotel was roughly an hour away from Rodos and half an hour from Lindos. We booked two trips out, the first day doing Lindos and Rodos and the next was a boat trip to Simi. The coach collects you from the hotel and drops you off. Our tour guide came from Rhodes and talked alot about Greek culture and family culture which was also great to learn. Not just the places we were visiting. After the tour they give you a couple of hours at each destination to spend some time walking around. Its clearly very well planned and with Dimitrios as our tour guide it was next level. The hotel itself was very clean. Very comfortable and the staff were the best. They were fantastic with us and really went above and beyond. On one occasion I asked about booking the restaurants, as on their app, it was saying that they were fully booked. When I spoke to the staff in reception they asked what date my partners birthday was and explained that you could only book the restaurant three days in advance so wait a couple of days. With that it was really easy to book restaurants, the gym, the spa and you could even send requests to housekeeping using the app and there was also a map of the resort. When it came to my partners birthday, we got up to the room after being out all day and eating at their Greek restaurant and there was a bottle of sparking wine, bowel of fruit and a chocolate cake in the fridge. This had clearly been planned from the day I asked about the restaurants and it was such a nice surprise. We stayed in a room with a balcony and sea view, which was stunning. There is an activity pool with slides but we spent most of our time at the main pool with the pool bar and it was perfect. There is so much to do it would easily fill your time in the evenings and during the days you spend at the hotel. It was my first all inclusive and I was a little worried about the food. We spen three evenings eating at their restaurants and the rest of the time using the buffet and actually I was impressed! The staff were brilliant and although the food is mass produced it was still really good with plenty of options. Including local food that you can try. The restaurants are fantastic. The portions aren't huge but they really make up for that with the service and quality. Plus, once you have spent a couple of days eating at a buffet its really nice to eat a little less but at a restaurant. If you are still hungry they did a crepes evening with a range of toppings, sweet and savoury and that was delicious! The beach is on the doorstep with its own bar but its not a sandy beach so bring flip flops. I really am struggling to mention something that I disliked, even when we arrived at 2am on the day of check in they had spaghetti bolognese. I think the only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the gym. It really didnt have a lot and when we used the jacuzzi in the spa it was cold. Realistically I probably wouldn't have used the gym as much as I would have at home and we did go for runs along the coastal road in the morning with no issues. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would look to go here again. Perfect break away! Lovely hotel, cold pools.

    rating25 May 2026

We just came back from 7 nights at Lindos Imperial. We (myself, wife and 2 daughters 11 & 13) had a really lovely time. The hotel is fantastic, the main areas, lobby, pools etc are kept in great condition and look lovely, but some of the further away areas are looking at little tired. We stayed in a "Family Suite garden view with private pool".Pro's:Food was fantastic and constantly being restocked in the main buffet, all the meat was beautiful, changes daily but staples kept the same incase of fussy eaters / children. The other snack bars are excellent, pizza's was delicious, Gyros lovely, crepe's my girls couldn't get enough off. You'll never go hungry. Plus if you stay for 7 nights you get 3 free dinners at the on site restaurants, bare in mind spaces for these fill up quickly but also check each day as other places to pop back up! don't check once, see its full all week and give up. check each day.Local bus stop literally outside the hotel that goes to Lindos town (€3 per person, 20 min journey), highly recommend as its so beautiful with 100's shops and a stunning acropolis ontop of the town, a real must see.Cleaning systems for rooms are great, electronic screen on each door saying if you want room cleaned / do not disturb.Staff was all very friendly and helpful.Cons:Pool's are NOT heated! really cold.. once full submerged it does get better but we couldn't handle longer than 30 mins a time. This includes private pools as we had one for our room. You are not really given all the information you need, kinda left to find things for yourself or scan qr codes to find where things are or other hotel details. The water at the bottom of the pool slides is really shallow, maybe only 2.5ft deep! so each time we was hitting the bottom when coming out so be careful.Room blocks where always dirty no matter how many times you see people "clean them"Tips:Acropolis is €20 per adult and free for under 11's. If possible visit Lindos town on a sunday as it's super quiet compared to other days but everything is still open! but no crowds. If you are staying in block 6000 there are no bars you can use, you have to walk back up to the main area as block 6000 is down the road a little. BUT you can use the bar in the next too hotel "Breeze" which i think is a sister hotel and really close. The bar lady there Camelia was an absolute angel!! her bar can see the pools in our block so if she wasn't busy she'd walk over and take drinks orders and bring them to you, then once she knows what you like to drink will just randomly bring you drinks!! :) Special shout out to Camelia, she was amazing.Bring swim shoes for the beach as its stoney. but still a beautiful beach.Bring ear plugs! unless it was just our block but there are nesting birds EVERYWHERE inside the corridors, nesting on light fittings above room doors.. and at 2am they start making so much noise and don't stop, we couldn't sleep until we used the plugs.but overall we had a really lovely time, we'd recomend it but wouldn't go back purely because of the cold pools.
