Location

Set at the southern point of the island of Rhodes on a mountainside overlooking the village of Pefkos, this club resort enjoys wonderful views over southern Rhodes, the surrounding villages, the gulfs and the beautiful beaches of Lardos and Pefkos. The place has its own life, with small, beautiful, new lodgings, a modern market, restaurants, traditional Greek taverns, music bars and discos. Quiet but not isolated, the village of Pefkos is near to the famous tourist resort Lindos. Kavos Beach is just 800 metres from the apartment hotel and the airport is approximately 45 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 51 rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a currency exchange service, a TV room, a car hire service and medical assistance. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge).

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Separate bedrooms can be booked. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. A kitchenette with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge). Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. Leisure activities and facilities at the hotel include darts and massage treatments or, for a fee, billiards.

Meals

There is a bar on the premises. A delicious breakfast provides energy for the rest of the day.

    Fabulous hotel, stunning location, amazing staff

    We have just returned from this hotel- now called Lindos Nest and we had the most incredible holiday. Our room was gorgeous, we had been swapped from a different hotel which was not ready and we were given a fabulous room with jacuzzi. We wanted a sea view and when one was available we were given one with private pool. The hotel is peaceful, relaxing and stunning with the new owners and managers continually improving it. All the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful and spoke great English. Sam went above and beyond to make us happy, flora is so helpful, manolis also, Maria and housekeeping kept our room spotless. All the staff in this hotel were fabulous. 100% recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.

    This hotel has now been renamed . It’s called the lindos nest . It has had a re fit , but so many things still need sorting . How ever the staff are beyond friendly and the manger try’s to do anything he can to help you enjoy your holiday. Transport down to the town at night is something they try to do , giving people lifts in their own cars . If you think basic and clean with very friendly staff . I won’t be returning it’s to far out for me and would not pay 4 star tourist tax for this basic accommodation . The air-conditioning is very good and it’s free, which is a really big bonus..

    The worst place I have ever stayed in it was so bad I even had compansation off the tour company I booked with the pool was dirty sun beds also,the room was full of ants I at to change the kettle it was so bad the food was cold had breakfast on the first morning and that was it pool bar only sold drinks out of a fridge which closed at 5 o'clock the bar in reception was closed the mini market on site was never stocked that's all I say is stay away also pefkos is really quite the beach is tiny and very rocky

    Booking ref. TUI Number 24094467 /ComplaintWe visited 11 -21 June 2024, our complaints started on the first morning having no water to wash / shower or flush the toilet. Our complaints continued concerning the location, absence of advertised amenities, the unclean pool, the absence of clean towels and linen and cleaning of our room. On our return home TUI Bristol final word on the subject was “Well you chose the Ziakis”.Since then I have tried to discuss the matter with TUI by various means all without engagement.We have a case with ABTA ref 292867 that is going nowhere “TUI maintain their position” . This seems to be that as we have started the process with ABTA we must continue to arbitration, at a cost of £150. For my peace of mind I have decided to write this review. There seems to be no way to review TUI , but please be aware that there is no way of engaging with this company. Similarly ABTA , the industry backed organisation that is seemingly toothless when faced with a complaint about their largest sponsor.There are other hotels and travel companies, please consider them and AVOID TUI and the Ziakis.

    This hotel has the potential for becoming a fantastic place. The views are great it's out of the centre, but not to far to walk or get a taxi. The rooms ate bright and catch the sun in the afternoon. The food is overpriced, though. And the bar is closed at 4 o clock in the afternoon.
