  Well kept hotel in a convenient location.

  Very much enjoyed our stay here, only a few minutes from the old town by car. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was satisfactory but nothing special. The room was clean and of a good size although the bed could have been more comfortable.

  Excellant hotel and staff .location is brillant bus stops outside and taxis 5 minutes away.The food is top notch from breakfast shout out to staff omellettes ,pool bar and resturant at night best scollaps i have ever had. Was mine and husbands 60th birthday they made it so special.The owner Geogre and his dog are the friendlist you will ever meet. The grounds are beautiful.Thinking of booking do it .

  Lovely hotel with stunning gardens

  Lovely hotel on the main road between Lindos and Pefkos, the staff were so friendly and polite and came from all over the world. We booked a Superior room with a private pool which was cold but it was the first week in May!!The room was quirky, bed very big and very comfortable, tea and coffee with a kettle and a small fridge. ( stocked by the hotel with wine/soft drinks/beer and water) which we didn’t use as it was pricy. We thought the room lacked storage space, one wardrobe with two drawers and a lift up bench seat in the corner, however that was good for cases, bags and sandals. The bathroom had an amazing shower and a small hand basin and was kept well stocked my the cleaning staff.The poolside bar had an amazing lunchtime menu for both food and drink and we also used the room service a few evenings after a busy day. We booked car hire through the hotel which was affordable and had a drop off at the hotel service.Lindos was a 20/30 minute walk but we went by taxi to Pefkas as the road had few pavements. Call in at the Atmosphere bar on your way up or down from Lindos town for a drink and a great view of the Acropolis.Lots of nice beaches to visit by car, St Paul’s Bay and Navarone bay easy walks and lovely beaches.Too many nice restaurants to mention in both towns and a few supermarkets for supplies too

  I have just returned home after spending a week with friends at Lindos Sun. It is my 4th time visiting Lindos and first time staying at this hotel.I stayed in a standard room on the ground floor and my balcony led straight onto the pool area.The location is a pleasant 20/25 min walk into Lindos center, with an 8/15 euro taxi trip back to the hotel in the evening (dependant on how many passengers).The rooms are kept extremely clean with daily house keeping, fresh towels and re stock of tea/coffee. The beds are really comfy with plenty of pillows. There are plenty of sunbeds and the pool is a great size and the area is kept clean (I watched the pool being cleaned each morning whilst having my early morning brew, even the handles to the pool were cleaned). I stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was fantastic! Plenty on offer for both meat and Veggies, even had a champagne breakfast on the Sunday. Food can be bought during the day at the hotel and again, just delicious! My friends and I also ate in the on site restaurant, Scallops to die for and reasonably priced too.The staff are hard working, attentive and very friendly, a real credit!I cannot rate this hotel enough, my friends and i enjoyed our stay that much we've booked again for next year!!Well done Lindos Sun!!   A gorgeous hotel!

  I have just finished a 6 night stay at the Lindos Sun hotel. If like me, you go to Greece for the Shirley Valentine/Mamma Mia vibes, you will not be disappointed! The hotel complex is a collection of white ‘sugar cube’ buildings, draped in bougainvillea. The grounds are stunning. I stayed on a B&B board basis and the breakfast offer was excellent, there’s something for everyone. If you like me you enjoy swimming, the pool is a good size with lots of loungers around it.Regarding walking into Lindos; there’s a wide path and street lighting, if you’re reasonably fit you can do it in 15 to 20 minutes. However, walking to Pefkos is not for the light hearted… much of the way there is no footpath so you have to walk on the road, and it’s a steep slog. Having done this walk, I would recommend getting the bus that stops outside the front of the hotel.Last of all, the staff at Lindos Sun are lovely, I felt very welcome. I will definitely be returning in the future!…I’ll be bringing plenty of deet/repellent. The mosquitos in Lindos are like none I’ve ever known!
