  An experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.

  The hotel was scandalous. The door lock was broken, the showers didn't work and the water didn't flow in the pipes but stayed there, the hotel's internet didn't work, the towels were changed once every two or three days and the sheets once every four days, the sheets and towels were full of stains, they told us we could use the laundry for free but they charged us, the air conditioner didn't work well and the room was almost without electricity, it was impossible to cook because the stove wouldn't turn on. The lady of the hotel who wasn't the owner (but behaved as such according to interest) had an arrogant, offensive and threatening attitude, she discriminated against visitors because of their origin. She showed a great lack of respect for me and my family. There was poor communication and when everything didn't work she didn’t trie to take responsibility to provide solutions to the problems. High fee for a very bad experience with both the hotel conditions and the staff and service.

  book with booking.com advance payment and driven by the many positive reviews and photos of the sea view apartment.A week before arrival, being with a small child and having already paid for everything a week earlier, I sent emails, messages and made phone calls to get information and if everything was confirmed. never any response but this will be a constant.The apartment reflects the photos and has a sea view, it is ok but I immediately notice that the bathroom handle is breaking and I immediately communicate it and that the various daily services listed are misleading, they are not there or they do not work. In apartment number 1 with sea view, the safe didn't work, the TV only received one German channel with interference, there was no microwave oven, no iron, not even a non-stick pan.But the thing that irritated us the most was that the cleaning is carried out not daily as per the listed and paid service but every other day or somewhat randomly. Furthermore the bathroom door handle was changed after several days and we had to do our physiological needs without privacy.My daily complaints were of no use. The owner doesn't care about his guests. zero care.Sister Maria, who manages the mini market but who rightly cannot do everything, is good and kind.advice: don't go to this establishment, don't pay in advanceand don't book with booking, the owner will treat you worse because he pays the taxes and in any case he doesn't deserve you and above all he doesn't need you as he is already rich.There are many other accommodation facilities around, perhaps at the same price and which treat the customer like a treasure and not like a number.

  The WORST accommodation in the world

  We are two families with kids. We have been visiting Greece for the last 15 years. This was the WORST accommodation we have ever had. Very badly maintained property. Most of the amenities in the studios were broken as the door handle, the hair dryer, plates, some bulbs of the lamps were burned out, the hanger of the shower was broken. Bed sheets and towels were washed but stained. The kids' bed rail was broken and the child could fall from a height of 2 meters on the floor. For our four day stay nobody came to clean the studios. We had Italian family neighbors - they told me that they cleaned the studio themselves for the whole week!!! The owner and manager Antonios was extremely rude. He said he had 40 studios in total and was too busy to fix everything and if we didn't like it - we were free to leave. Antonios gives false and inaccurate information about the studios and says that the beach is 20 meters away/actually 200m/, there is fruit basket, water, drinks, snacks in the studios/actually 3 croissants for 4 people/, the studios have a sea view /actually partial sea view for 3-4 studios/, there is a microwave oven, iron, beach towels/actually missing or broken/. We had booked a 14 day stay. Thank God we had only paid a deposit and we left these awful studios and terrible owner.

  Great time with super animations

  Hotel clean. Rooms cleaned every day. We were here for 2 weeks and we were able to try something different to eat every day. You have to walk to the beach quite far but the pools are great. We found great service, especially the ladies who conducted animations. Lots of animations at any time of the day Aqua zumba, aqua aerobics or regular table tennis. Everyone will find something for themselves and my two-year-old daughter was happy to play with animations, especially in the evening at the mini disco.

  New, clean and nice apartments on great location

  I can only say good words about the apartments. The owner and staff are very kind, the sea (beautiful sandy beach) just across the road. Very peaceful, clean, new, nice looking. A great location to discover the whole island and at the same time you have many bars, markets and good restaurants in the area.I will come here again for sure.
