    Great time had by all

    Had a lovely stay with family. The resort is great. The à la carte restaurant’s are well worth a visit. The all inclusive buffet is very good, and the staff are all excellent nothing is too much trouble. Very friendly and helpful. And our maid was exceptional so sweet, we were in bungalow 652 and she did the same block everyday with a pleasant smile. As for the animation team, they could not be better. Alex was so funny as were Nino and C. The only criticism I would have is the sun beds are very uncomfortable but apparently are going to be replaced, and the toilet paper is very poor quality lol. I would highly recommend this complex.

    Let me put this straight, the first day after our arrival we were not impressed with service, one thing which frustrated us (aka our kids) was the continuous running out of pizza as one of the expected services on the beach. Well, that took only a day after our complaint to get fixed, thereafter pizza was continuously served along all cold drinks, by a staff which was always smiling (even after 8 hours of continuous service).Also, we had our little one turning seven and the concierge was able to arrange an amazing celebration at the greek restaurant. But that was not all, Stefanos (the resort manager), who is obsessed with customer satisfaction , as a gesture of goodwill, arranged for us a special dinner at the italian restaurant alongside a free spa treatment for my wife.We also had a chance to use the kids’ mini club service, whereby very kind and emphatic staff was helping with our kids’ entertainment.Overall food was very good and I must say we are very picky on that. So this is a resort I would recommend everyone to go to !

    Olga was the best housekeeper!

    Lovely hotel , 2mins from the beach , lindos definitely worth a visit 3 euro eachway on the bus outside the hotel - Alex in the animation team was full of life and friendly and including made our trip great , I have to mention Olga our housekeeper she was such a happy cheerful lady who cleaned our rooms immaculately, we never had to worry about our towels or toilet roll being topped up , she was a breath of fresh air and just an absolutely lovely woman! I definitely recommend

    Overall, a good hotel but it does have a quite a lot of negatives that stand out.For example, for people who are here all-inclusively then the buffet has very limited options. That being said they have good themed-food nights, which is different depending on the day, which is nice. However, I would say it’s not a place for picky eaters or people looking for authentic Greek food. Another positive is the fact that there are shops throughout the hotel and it is parallel with shops on the outside of the hotel as well which have souvenirs and good quality spices and oils. The cleanliness of the hotel in regards to room is quite poor, we stayed for an entire week and we didn’t have our bed sheets changed once, the floor remained unclean for two days and the room was very dusty. We also had a quite weird experience with noise disturbances in our room, we had trouble sleeping due to the noises from outside/ neighbours etc but that might just be the case from where our room was. Furthermore, the hotel is quite lacking in entertainment but there is quite a lot of things for children. I would say for more younger adults it’s quite boring. The service was good at the bar, which had a quite good range of drinks alcoholic and nonalcoholic. I also really enjoyed the al-carte restaurants, small menu but very nice food. So, I would recommend making reservations for those but ahead of time as they fill up quickly.The staff are very nice and friendly, always asking how you are and saying hello.I would say that this hotel is okay but does not earn 5 stars.
