  I stayed at this hotel for 13 nights in July and, unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to come back.I was given a room without a terrace, which turned out to be very noisy due to a café directly below. Most nights, loud and intoxicated guests were outside until 3 or 4 in the morning, making it difficult to sleep.Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that many basic amenities came at an extra cost: eggs and fruit for breakfast (€4/day), air conditioning (€6/day), a safe (€3/day), and additional room cleaning (€8/day). This gave the impression that the hotel is more focused on charging for every little thing than making guests feel welcome.The breakfast was extremely basic—slices of ham and cheese, butter, and jam or honey—served the same way every single day. No variety at all, which became quite monotonous over a nearly two-week stay.Although they promise room cleaning and towel/sheet changes 3–4 times per week, during my entire stay they only changed towels and sheets twice. Thankfully, I had booked the room for two people but stayed alone, so I was able to manage somehow.The staff were generally polite and the location is quite good, but overall the hotel doesn’t feel like a relaxing holiday destination. The atmosphere was rather depressing, possibly due to minimal staffing and an overall sense of cost-cutting.This place might be okay for a weekend stay if you're not too particular, but for a longer holiday, I wouldn’t recommend it.

  I am very happy with the experience at this hotel. The staff were all friendly, the rooms were clean and all information clearly explained before we checked in. The breakfast is basic but very good if you don't want to overeat, like me. I skipped breakfast as part of my normal routine, but my wife and son loved it.The wifi was decent, with moderate speed during the day and fast speed in the evening. With such a good location, it took us 20-30 minutes walk to the furthest points that we wanted to visit. There are local supermarkets close by, and there is a great traditional Greek restaurant just up the road, Belmo Palace. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage at reception after checking out so we could go out due to having an evening flight.After reading other reviews, I was a bit sceptical, but it was a lot better than we expected. There is indeed an air conditioning fee, which is common for all 2 or 3 star hotels in Greece.

  We were two nights at this hotel, we found it to be a clean and comfortable space. The staff were very helpful and friendly through all stayingThis hotel has an excellent location, close to the beach and the city center. We are very satisfied.

  Mr. Sakis at reception makes your whole experience, one of joy. He recommends outings, helps with the practicalities and works very hard from breakfast time until the afternoon. The cleaning staff are friendly and very efficient and offered to clean our room every day. Breakfast is simple but fresh. The bread and croissants are delivered daily. A lovely lady takes over in the afternoon/early evening and the night porter plays great music in the attached bar. I recommend this hotel 10/10, but I don't want you to book, because we will be back next year for sure. David from Craiova.

  Hotel with poor breakfast

  We stay in hotel in July. 12 days .First we got room without terace its terible , after 4 days they changed. Hotel is 850m away from eli beach . 7-8 minuts of walking . Breakfast is terrible. Only 3 slices of ham and 3 slices of cheese and every day same !! Dont take breakfast here. We must buy food everyday because we were hungy. Hotel is very loud. Rooms are clean .Maid constantly left balkon door open , we lock before we go and she came and open wide .we turning off power constantly, lefting fridge get warm and air conditioning off. Hotel is good for weekend maybe not for longer stay. I wouldn’t came backe in this hotel.
