  A lovely hotel with everything you need in a great location

  I spent a lovely three nights at this hotel and would really recommend it. It's located in a lovely area near to the old town but also a short walk to the beach area and new town. The room was lovely with very comfortable bed hot shower and balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast was all you needed in the morning with a great choice . Everyone I met at the hotel was very friendly in particular Ilyas who checked me in. Sorry I couldn't stay longer.

  A disappointing stay. The staff are great, friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast overall is okay, with changes most days! Free mini bar and even provided us with a taxi!However, everything else falls short. The rooms are below standard with majority of bathrooms having no screens in the showers - meaning that it floods the bathrooms badly during showers. Secondly the bathrooms are overdue a deep clean and renovations. Lots of silicone fillings around the bathrooms and the rooms themselves - done so badly that it looks like a spillage. On top of that there is mould in the bathrooms. Please note that we’ve seen 3 different rooms with ALL having mould/dirty overbuilt. When we arrived we found a dirty, stained and used robe in the wardrobe from previous guests. The rooms themselves are also overdue a deep clean with the bed frame having bad stains, curtains and lots of worn out furniture/tables. The mini fridge in the rooms are so loud that it wakes you up in the middle of the night (turn them off during the night) The pool area is one of the biggest disappointments. We have never seen a dirtier pool that we didn’t even dare use it. (Please note it was poor weather on the first day so we thought it’s dirty due to the wind however during our full 6 days the pool was NOT cleaned and only got worse). We decided to try and sunbathe in the pool area but once arriving we realised that the beds are also very dirty, worn out and/or broken/ripped. If we would have known the conditions of the pool and its area we would have not booked as there are hotels with better facilities/locations that don’t have a pool and are more affordable.

  Great vaue for money clean Hotel. Recommended

  We had a 3 night break here. Checked in late and our greeting could not of been better. The Gentleman in reception checked us in quickly then told us where to go for something to eat. It was 1am by now. Ate at a gyros restaurant just up the road. Great. Room was small and a bit dated but very clean and bed amazingly comfortable.Breakfast was 5star.Lots of hot and cold food. A great stay in Rhodes. P. S The coach does not drop right outside hotal but about 100yards away. Uneven pavement so be aware.

  This hotel was a huge disappointment. The rooms were in terrible condition , and barely functioning air conditioning. The bathroom was a disaster: broken fixtures, and a toilet that didn’t flush properly.What made the experience even worse was the rude staff at the bar. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by taking our order, with zero friendliness or professionalism.For the price they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. You’re paying premium rates for what feels like a run down budget hotel. Definitely not recommended I will never stay here again!!!!

  Appalling experience — avoid at all costs

  We stayed at this hotel for one night after our flight was cancelled. From the moment we arrived, the reception was ice cold: two men at the front desk made it abundantly clear that our presence was unwelcome. One of them was especially disrespectful, deliberately misgendering one of us in a rude, aggressive, and condescending manner — all while holding our passports in his hands.Beyond this unacceptable behavior, the hotel did not honor our reservation: one of the rooms had no bathroom, and the “baby bed” we had requested was nothing more than a flimsy, barely clean foam pad that no one in their right mind would let a child sleep on.Thankfully, the morning staff — particularly the women in charge of breakfast and a young woman at the front desk — were much more kind and professional.Still, their decency doesn’t make up for the disgraceful welcome we received. I will never set foot in this place again, and I strongly advise anyone — especially people of color or members of minority groups — to stay away. You risk being treated with outright contempt.
