    The best Family Holiday ever. The Animation Group-Perfect 🥰 Ola 🫶🏼. A lot of activities. Delicious food. Room service-very good. I hope we will back. Barman Christofer-the best.

    We had a lovely holiday overall and there were so many positives about this hotel. The rooms were always clean and housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay. The restaurant was lovely with a really good selection of food each day, and the waiting staff were attentive, friendly and always happy to help.The entertainment team were absolutely amazing. The pool activities were great fun and the evening entertainment was excellent every night. Chico and Ola are a real credit to the hotel and worked incredibly hard to make everyone feel included and entertained.Unfortunately, the only downside for us was the top house bar. The staff there came across as rude and unfriendly and did not seem welcoming at all. However, this did not ruin our holiday as we chose to use the pool bar every evening instead, where the staff were friendly, attentive and created a much nicer atmosphere.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return because of the fantastic entertainment team, lovely restaurant staff and the great atmosphere around the pool area.

    Amazing again

    Well my second time here came for two weeks this time , had a bad start with one staff member had to snap a little at chico, just straight onto the women bad vibe from the go, had to put a stop to it on the first day,one was my daughter and the other my fiance, wasnt happy the rest of my stay he was fine didnt bother me at all but did have a go at my mother, she had to report him which made it awkward for the whole 14 days, but on the plus side there was a little angel the called olar, she was brilliant, fantastic friendly and just all round brilliant, made me and my family very happy, shes become a life long friend, and also i forgot her name she was blonde lady behind the pool bar through the day, always smiling great person , did her job brilliant with a smile, the hotel itself is very relaxing also fun and the rest of the staff great also, i do think il be back for my third visit in the near future, thank you for everything and if anyone reading this considering visiting this hotel, I would say go for it. It was brilliant thank you again.

    Complaint on Chiko

    Me and my family came last year and it was amazing, the entertainers Billy & Isak were brilliant. This year we have came back at the same time & not had the same experience, Chiko the entertainer is awful, didn't do his job right, he was weird with all the girls/women that came including myself at first, he is always on facetime to someone & gets me on the video call like hes recording. Ola the other entertainer on the other hand is amazing i love her and so does my family but all Chiko has done is boss her around, be nasty to her & made her do everything so that he doesnt have to. Overall, amazing hotel love all the staff apart from Chiko, he caused quite afew problems with my family too on this holiday, he messaged Ola and said "get away from the english" which made her cry & she went up to her room. He upsets her all the time when all she wants to do is enjoy her job. I would 100% come back to this hotel just not while Chiko is staff.

    Where to begin… I am beyond disgusted!!…. With myself for only booking one week. Jokes aside came here as a solo traveler and it’s been amazing honestly. 24 and a solo traveller from UK. Have had the time of my life. Rhodes it’s self is amazing of course! I will say I came to this hotel with low expectations and I am due to leave over the moon I’ve had the best time honestly. The staff. The animation team (Ola is amazing I adore her), the bar, restaurant, reception, housekeepers all so lovely and helpful. I have honestly had an amazing experience and honestly I think I’ll be coming back with friends. Seen some mixed reviews on the food - listen I’m not fussy at all but I actually really enjoyed the food at this hotel n I am a SERIAL all inclusive hater - loved the drinks the food everything. Yes the hotels dated but ur on a Greek island ur not in central London, it more than does the job. Thank you to everyone here for my amazing stay I’ve honestly adored it and do plan on returning
