  Terrible hotel

  This hotel was absolutely terrible. It does not deserve 3 stars and it is was definitely not like the pictures online. First of all, the hotel had extreme mold in all of its rooms and reception. Amenities such as the blow drier were broken. The hotel looked abandoned and was poorly maintained and the outside of the hotel was run down (pool was not working). Even though the price to stay for one night was low, the hotel should have been at least clean and maintained by the staff. The hotel was also far from the centre so we needed to take a taxi to travel to the centre. Not only that, but the bed sheets were not cleaned and the whole family developed skin breakouts on arms and legs. We also visited a dermatologist who confirmed that it was the bed sheets. The taxi driver who took us from the hotel told us that the hotel was once a proper 3 star hotel but due to management issues it was not properly managed and they abandoned it. Even though we stayed for one night because other proper hotels were fully booked, it definitely destroyed our holidays and our mood. This hotel should be closed down. I definitely do not recommend it!

  We like to travel a lot so every two years we like to visit Rhodes we chose the this hotel we came around 2010 so the receptionist in the day was very helpful and friendly helped us a lot than expected. So we decided to go back four years later and everything changed hotel was dirty couldn't even sit at the chairs there were disgusting so was the room when we asked for cleaning service they asked why I was honest and they said the room was clean had to buy our own sheets from a local store, maid are never to be found caught one smoking in a room saw other guests complaining about something and the owner went crazy and said his stay at the hotel is over and kicked him outout not professional at all so 2010 the management was the best compared to four years later which ot was the worst wouldn't recommend just RUN

  We stayed here in September. Had a fantastic holiday. The staff are all friendly and will do anything they can to help you. The food is all cooked to order and is really fresh and tasty. One warning :- big portions haaa 😂🤣. Would like to say a special thank you to Helena and all the team for making myself and husband so welcomed, feeding us and giving us all the advice of how to get around and the cheapest way.Thank you all and hope to see you all again soon xx

  Such a shame

  We arrived here late at night to be welcomed by the receptionist. He was quite rude and abrupt with us. After he showed us the door to the room, we took around 10 minutes trying to figure out how to open it as it was clearly faulty. We walked into our room and began to realise how dirty and unsafe it really was. There was dirt and grime in the bathroom and it had clearly not been cleaned. The beds were a slight disappointment as they were 2 singles together and not a double as we requested and you could feel the springs coming through. Kitchen equipment was very minimal and dirty again at that. We opened the cupboard to place some clothing on the shelf and it collapsed in front of us! To our surprise, we were also shocked that we had to pay extra for wifi and a/c or a fan for the room, we werent told this prior to our stay. We stayed here for 2 nights in total before moving hotel. Day staff there seemed very friendly and helpful to us, even when we needed a taxi to move to our new hotel. So sad about this as we were really looking forwards to our stay here but unfortunately it wasn’t fir for purpose for us to stay a week here
