Location

The hotel is situated on the east coast on the most beautiful beach of Rhodes, just 3 km from the centre of Faliraki and 13 km from the old mediaeval town of Rhodes. The perfect location and regular transport links ensure guests the possibility of enjoying the exciting nightlife in the town without the stress and the noise of a large city. Rhodes Airport is about 17 km away.

Facility

400 non-smoking rooms are available to guests in a 6-storey main building and a 7-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The complex offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. 4 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning (no extra charge). A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. Rooms have a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. Guests may safely secure their valuables in a safe for an additional fee. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A telephone, satellite television, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub (for a fee), fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. Sun loungers are ready and waiting on the terrace. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and basketball. Guests can partake in various water sports, including canoeing and snorkelling. In addition, jet skiing is offered for a fee. A gym and table tennis or, for a fee, billiards, are among the sport and leisure options available. There is a wellness area with a spa and a steam bath and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

Meals

The complex includes 2 restaurants and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and picnics are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Good place to have a relaxed vacation for the whole family

    Great location, staff is very driendly. Amazing food, territory has a couple of caffes and bars. Cool animation team, lots of fun and great entertainment program for kids and adults.Very clean territory and beach.However, gym zone requires improvoments, as equipment is old and rusted.Room service is not on a high quality

    We stayed at Pegasos Deluxe in Faliraki and overall had a very good experience.The hotel has a lovely pool area which is very well kept, and the snack options during the day were genuinely good. There was always something available such as pizza, gyros, crepes and ice cream, which was great between meals. One of the best parts of the hotel is the location right on the beach. You can easily move between the pools and the beach throughout the day which gives the whole place a very relaxed feel.The food overall was good with plenty of variety, and the desserts especially were excellent. Staff were generally friendly and helpful across the hotel. Our room was spacious with a beautiful sea view which made the stay even more enjoyable.A special mention for the entertainment team, especially Luca, who was excellent throughout our stay. He was very good at getting people involved naturally without being over the top. The evening entertainment created a really nice atmosphere and added a lot to the holiday.There were a couple of minor issues. We did notice quite a few mosquitoes in the room which sometimes made sleeping less relaxing than it should have been, and it may help if the hotel offered some form of mosquito deterrent in the rooms. We also occasionally noticed a sewer-type smell from the balcony area, even on a higher floor, although this did not completely spoil the stay.

    We had the best stay ever as a family with two young children (aged 3 and almost 1).Our deluxe sea view room was lovely, modern, and very comfortable. The only thing I would change next time is upgrading to a room with a separate bedroom so we wouldn’t have to go to sleep at the same time as the kids!The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a great variety and quality every day. The snack bars were especially brilliant the gyros, pancakes, and pizza were all fantastic, so much so that we didn’t even use the main restaurant for lunch. The drinks selection was also very good.What truly made this holiday special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special mention to Michael at the bar, who was amazing with our 3-year-old and even taught him some Greek!The entertainment team Luca, Cian, and Kelly were beyond belief. They were energetic, friendly, and made the holiday so much fun for both adults and children. They really made our stay unforgettable.The lifeguard also deserves recognition — he was fantastic with the children, and our little boy absolutely loved him.The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. We would highly recommend this hotel to families and would happily return in the future.

    We've just returned as a family of three, myself and my husband and our daughter which is 1. The hotel is beautiful and right on the beach which was a bonus. The food options were good, having pizza, hot dogs and gyros on the all inclusive and also crepes, waffles and ice-cream (crepes were amazing). The food in the main building was okay, all tasted good but not many options especially for fussy eaters or toddlers. I didn't think there was much child friendly food. We tended to just eat around the pool from the snack bars for lunch. Staff worked really hard in each area of the hotel, everything was clean and tidy and staff were really friendly. Kelly, Cian and Luca from the entertainment team were amazing with our little one and also really friendly people. They really made an effort with the children and we loved the Yoga with Kelly. Cain kept out daughter stocked up with water balloons to throw! Thank you for making our holiday better xx Plenty of drinks on the all inclusive, I had read that there wasn't many cocktails on AI but there was plenty! Cocktails and mocktails available as well as beers, spirits and soft drinks. Loads of sunbeds around the different pools, one day we went down at 10am and we got pool side beds so no rush there. Pools...This was a massive con for us as they were freezing!! Our feet were stinging when stood in the kids pool. We mainly chose this hotel for the slides and pools for our daughter but she refused to even put her feet in the water and I don't blame her. So that was a waste... The pool was filled up each morning with a hose pipe so no wonder it was freezing. I didn't see many people swimming even with gorgeous weather so others must have felt the same. This would put us off returning, such a shame. There are shops to the left of the hotel which sold whole milk for our daughter so don't worry about getting cows milk. There's also a pharmacy there too if needed. This is no reflection on the entertainment team but on the hotel... The first 4 nights of our holiday there was zero night entertainment for children, no kids disco or anything on. Again, another reason we would not return. It was advertised that this would all start on 28th April so we were expecting a children's disco, so our daughter got bored the first 4 nights. Then when the disco started on our 5th night, it was fab! Our daughter loved it and Luca, Kelly and Cian were getting all the children involved. Such a shame we only had 2 nights of this. Overall, it was a lovely holiday and I would recommend the hotel but I wouldn't recommend to go in May. For us to return, the pools would need to be slightly warmer and children's entertainment on an evening.

    We spent our holiday here with my brother and my mother in this beautiful resort, located just a short walk from the center of Faliraki. Even though it was the beginning of the season and we thought there wouldn’t be much to do, Luca’s entertainment team kept us entertained in such a fun and professional way with their evening shows, music quizzes, karaoke nights, and sports tournaments during the day.They truly were the extra touch that made this holiday special, and we really want to thank them for dedicating their time and energy to us.A special hug to Luca and his team, and also a big hug to Cian and Kelly.
