  Hotel was ok, but not 5 stars. Issues over 9 days. Maid staffs walked into our room 3 times without knocking, twice someone was using the bathroom. The cleanliness was not up to standard. Could have done more. Food was very repetitive. Water park and Pool were great.

  Wonderful holiday at Princess Andriana.

  I have recently returned from my second excursion to Princess Andriana. I finally managed my long time wish to travel solo. One of the things which held me back was safety, but my goodness I need not have worried. I first went in September 2025, and I enjoyed the experience so much that I returned in May 2026. From the start this resort made my holiday. It is an all inclusive experience and, if like me, you just want to kick back and let the stress dissolve, then this is the place. Situated in Kiotari, it is right on the beach and has everything you could want. It is very obvious that all the staff work hard to make it a positive experience for their guests. The whole complex is very clean, and the rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. Swimming pools and attached water park are clean, and very well maintained. In the buffet restaurant you will find a daily smorgasbord of wonderful fresh food (the only problem is knowing what to choose). It is well run and offers excellent choice. There are other a la carte restaurants on site if you like a change of scenery. The entertainment staff put a lot of effort into the daily activity programme for both children and adults. On site you have a wonderful spa if you decide to treat yourself. I found all staff to be friendly, helpful, and willing to go over and above to make sure you have a lovely time. I could highly recommend the Princess Andriana to anyone, and I am looking forward to returning soon.

  At first when you walk into the hotel it looks absolutely amazing. All staff are so friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Our room was fine. Due to the shower being over the bath we asked for a non slip mat. It was brought up straight away. Our air conditioning did not work properly in the 10 days we were there. Despite 3 visits from maintenance.Food was good and the buffet restaurant was good. But the lobby of the hotel needs a refurb. The seats are not very nice,the white ones are dirty. Also maybe instead of constant news on TV why not some nice background music. A bigger bar and more seating is needed in that area. The Moon light bar, food was awful. Also while they were serving meals you cannot go in just for a drink on the terrace.Entertainment staff were not good, trying to do aerobics in the pool is ridiculous unless you are over six foot. The entertainment by the pool is not a good idea either. Too small a space for the amount of people. Spoke to Rula about the lack of notice saying what's on. Next day the notice board was changed,But still not clear.I have given 4 stars because of the lobby.The rest of the place was very clean.Would come back in the future.

  Great family holiday

  My wife, son, and I stayed here for one week in Room 4007, which included a private pool. The room was ideal for a family of three, although it is on the smaller side.The hotel grounds are extensive, with plenty of space for walks and relaxation. There are a large number of sun loungers around the main pool area; however, they are usually all reserved by around 9:00am. As we had our own private pool, this was not an issue for us.The waterpark opens at 10:00am, although guests begin queueing from around 9:30am to secure loungers. The waterpark itself is excellent, with a wide variety of slides suitable for different ages. Please note that guests must be over 120cm tall to use the larger slides. There is also a quieter pool area on the upper level for those looking to relax away from the busier sections. Additional facilities include a bar, snack bar, and a separate gelateria offering a fantastic selection of ice creams.One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is its cleanliness — the entire resort is very well maintained. The food in the main restaurant was consistently good, and we also booked the Asian, Italian, and Mexican à la carte restaurants, all of which were excellent. The cocktails at the Moonlight Bar were particularly impressive. For coffee lovers, the best coffee can be found in the foyer café rather than at the pool bar or main restaurant.There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. At times, the bars and restaurants appeared understaffed, which occasionally resulted in slower service. Most staff members are local and, while always polite and hardworking, some have limited English. This was not a problem for us, but guests requesting something very specific may need a little patience and understanding.The additional activities were a nice bonus — the mini golf and tennis facilities were both excellent. Bookings can be made at the hut near the main pool or via reception.A couple of things worth noting for future guests: there are no irons provided in the rooms, and the television channels are primarily German.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return, particularly to book another private pool room.

  Great hotel massively let down by a la carte shambles

  Just got back from this lovely hotel, rooms great, pools great (although very cold), water park for kids was brilliant, location not brilliant, not much near by and found the beach to be average, was a bit scruffy if you venture off the hotel section and that was just ok, now for the food, buffet restaurant was as you would expect an all inclusive, I can’t really judge the al a carte as we were never able to book any of them, tried booking when we checked in, told to try next morning, we did and we were told all was booked up, completely, EVERY RESTAURANT, they said we will try get you a cancellation but it’s rare, went back almost every day of the week we stayed, still nothing, considering a big part of booking this hotel was for the al a cartes, this was a huge disappointment, asked on check out if we will return by the manager, the answer was no, definitely not, he then said give us another chance and we will get you in next time, considering the amount of money we laid out for this holiday, you don’t get another chance we will look else where.
