This hotel lies on the historical island of Rhodes. It enjoys an ideal location in Ixia, on privileged grounds, which extend from the cool, green mountains to the beach. The centre of Rhodes lies just 4 km away and the airport lies around 13 km from the hotel.

Facility

The complex has 5 lifts and features 786 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and beach volleyball are available. Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request.     the place has about 5 bars with only 2 being all inclusive, they only stay open till eleven o clock, this meant there was lots of people waiting about reception and other places past this time. no one i met at the place was impressed either. the food was bang average standard yet the same every night. the pool was nice. however Giorgos/george at the bar downstairs in the arcade gave amazing service , very friendly. guy deserves a raise

    I stayed at Rodos Palace recently and, to be honest, the overall experience wasn’t great. However, Playland was a completely different story, and that’s mainly down to George at the bar.George was friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure we were properly looked after. His attitude and service really stood out, and he managed to turn things around and make our time there genuinely enjoyable.Even though the rest of the experience was disappointing, George at Playland was easily the highlight. He’s a real credit to the team and deserves recognition for the effort he puts in

    the only part of the experience that was 5 star was the customer service skills of the life guard and barman george/giwrgos, the rest of the hotel is way below this standard. he let me know great places to go and things to do on the island. he also mentioned he was trying to improve the downstairs bar but was limited by what the hotel would give him to do so. he was the only member of staff that felt like he cared about the customer experience even on the 14th hour of his shift and he was doing this even with a slight language barrier at times. this man deserves more credit for what he does for peoples experience at this hotel.

    Great place even out of season. Hotel is clean and tidy. Plenty to do and in a great location 15 mins bus or car ride to old town.
