Budget friendly with important things to consider

    rating20 Jun 2025

Hotel is good value for money but be mindful it is very basic so it has disadvantages to consider when booking.⛱️Beach⛱️Just a small walk away from the beach although no loungers are reserved by the hotel. Most are taken by other resorts. 🚌Transport🚌F12 Bus stop is right outside the hotel complex which can take you to Paralia Kallitheas beach, Kallitheas springs, Rhodes town and also the other way towards falaraki and Kolymbia beach.Rhodes town Bus station will take you to lots of other places of interest like Lindos.🛒Supermarket🛒A small supermarket is outside the complex although the downside is no prices are shown for items. Another supermarket is a short walk away but still quite small however prices are shown.AB Vassilopoulos a bigger supemarket is a small walk away from Paralia Kallitheas beach or get off 4 stops (F8) on the bus.🍽Food🍽There is a lovely picturesque Greek looking restaurant (not apart of half board) where we sat one night for a drink. The hotel food isn't bad but there isn't much choice, although a part does change for a bit of variety each night. Breakfast stays the same.Big downside to this is that NO dishes are labeled so you have to guess what you are eating with a lot of it. Which isn't good for dietary needs or fussy eaters. The lady chef is lovely, we had a conversation about uno and she scooped our ice cream for us.Although drinks are only included in all inclusive pricing, we did see a lot of people without wristbands drinking juice and tea/coffee as it wasn't monitored. We arrived in the early hours of the night so a cold plate was provided although it was just cheese and meats so nothing substantial and this counts as 1 nights meal. If you are due a late flight back home they do not allow you to eat this night even if you didn't eat at the restaurant on your 1st paid night. To keep cool ice cream is available to half board users at 1€ per scoop during snack hours and is sometimes available at dinner. 🧳Luggage safety🧳There are safes available but these aren't in your room, instead they are located in the lobby.A big downside to our stay was that there was no secure location to leave your luggage after checkout. Others hotels usually have specific room to keep luggage but you have to leave it in the lobby area and the reception desk isn't always manned. This meant we had to pay for late check out just to ensure our luggage wasn't left unattended (as advised by airports), to keep it safe and because I had my wheelchair plus controlled drugs with me.11pm is standard check out - 3pm is €30, 6pm is €45 and 9pm is €60.🎤Entertainment💃Although most websites advertising the hotel state entertainment is offered. There are no entertainment staff. So that's no pool games during the daytime or acts / bingo at night time.🧍‍♀️Staff🧍‍♂️All hotel staff were lovely accept for 1 lady that worked on reception. She was always rude and it seemed like the workers were uncomfortable around her too. The lady chef and new lady on reception were lovely to speak to.🛏Room🛏The room we stopped in was the outdated area but it met our needs. Plus is that the shower had lots of power so I could wash my thick hair.Downsides were no kettle, the shower curtain was grubby, shower is a tight squeeze with shower curtain hitting you as you wash (im a uk 6/8), dripping noise could be heard, curtains are not blackout, no plugs by bed and the towels were rough. You MUST also bring your own towel for the sunloungers as you aren't given any extra and it states not to use the hotel ones.☀️Sunloungers☀️Lots of parasols available to use and enough room to move your lounger around as the sun changes position.Downside is a bunch of the loungers on the top deck section are broken or worn so need some TLC.

Excellent, clean, extremely helpful staff, good food, relaxing and convenient area.

I booked a week here for my Greek parents In law who are elderly and a bit demanding. Everything exceeded my expectations!!!!Location : perfectFor travellers wanting to be in an area in the middle between the city of Rhodes, the port and the Faliraki/beaches/etc this was THE BEST solution.Beach was just 5 minutes away from the hotel, by a safe street. Beach was clean and populous enough but not crowdy, not even on Sunday. The area has excellent grocery shops, fruit shops, tourist shops and restaurants that arent as expensive as i feared for my in laws.My parents in law were absolutely ecstatic by the staff that were so accommodating and honestly helpful and attentive, the hotel management, the staff at the breakfast buffet and the cleaners. The room was in the newer section of the hotel and very larger than I imagined from the photos. Everything was working fine, from tv to air-condition, and despite the hotel being a Family hotel, my Parents in law complained of NO kids-noise, crowdedness, rowdy quests or car noise. Since i booked this very early, price was a bargain for this quality of stay. The pool area is large with a clean pool and many lounges. My mother in law finished a lot of knitting in peace.Breakfast was up to my in-laws demands for quality and taste and variety. THANK YOU Romantza-Mare ♥♥♥

    Good but never again

    rating23 Sept 2024

Good hotel, everthing clean, kind people in hotel. BUT very old fashioned rooms, without sunbeds and sunshades at thel nearly small beach. Weird rules in hotel like when you can get snacks, beer or drinks during the day for free and if you want it outside these hours you must pay for it. No fruits during the day at least for kids, only for lunch or dinner. And yes we had All inclusive!!!
