    We have just returned from 7 nights here. Our first day was pretty horrible! We were given a grotty little apartment on the ground floor with a balcony overlooking the rear of disused properties and overgrown bushes etc. It was the most depressing room we have ever had in a hotel ,dark, old furniture and not even a sofa. We asked to be moved but nothing was available until the following day so we had to put up with it for one night. We both showered in the morning and the bathroom flooded, a drainage problem I think. Anyway our new apartment was on the first floor overlooking the pedestrian street at the front of the hotel, this was much better. The room was basic but functionable. Housekeeping everyday with clean towels(they are a bit scratchy but they dry you!).Dina the owner was very friendly and had no problem giving us the replacement room, however the first room should not be used for guests until it has been given a serious upgrade. Would we stay here again? on balance, no, but if you want cheap and are on a budget then this will do the job. Well located in the centre of town with masses of restaurants bars and shops to choose from.

    This is an absolue gem - the appartament was clean, airy and funcional, the location was ideal - short distance from the beach, shops as well as Old Town, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. The furniture may not be the newest, but it is of good quality and ages well, and the kitchenette is well equipped. The only downside is that on some evenings local youngsers gather to socialize on the little street where the hotel is located - so there is a risk of noise.

    Nice budget place to stay, however can be loud at night with mopeds on the pedestrian street below. Air con only in bedroom so rest of apartment can be very hot.Excellent location for all the sites, 10 mins to beach and old town and plenty places to eat and drink nearby

    Lovely 3nt stay. Apartment couldn’t be more central for everything. Beach, marina, old town and Rodini park. Everything within walking distance. Dina on reception so helpful and lovely. Always had a smile on her face Gem of a property

    Cannot express how friendly and helpful the staff at this hotel are. Made our week in Rhodes Town that much easier and enjoyable. Location is perfect with everything that Rhodes has to offer in walking distance. Rooms are basic but kept beautifully clean and the kitchenette was useful. Would I go back absolutely in a heartbeat
