  We visited the place with family, who had rented all three houses. We were so disappointed with the place, which appeared incredibly worn down and lacking in many ways. All three kitchens were poorly equipped, with very little tableware. As a mother of a 2-year-and-7-month-old, I used the electric kettle to make porridge — in one of the houses, the kettle was extremely dangerous as it was broken and didn't switch off automatically. Steam also came out from the bottom, and I got burned on my hand when grabbing the handle. Not ok!!!Several of the houses were missing a microwave. There was NO SHADE outside. Far too few parasols considering how many people the houses are supposed to accommodate. The first sun bed I sat on lost a wheel and was broken. DANGEROUS.My partner stepped through the terrace in SEVERAL places. He also managed to step through the stones near the pool, where there was a two-meter drop underneath — life-threatening for small children. The chairs are falling apart, the tables outside is falling apart. You can barely sit 6 people.The beds on the ground floor are terrible — you can feel the springs, and I’ve never slept so badly. So worn out.The place could be so lovely, but it lacks so much care.

  Everything you can wish for is here. Next to Lindos and the beaches. Quiet with a nice sea view. A big pool with sunbeds and all the necessary amenities.Spacious with 3 bedrooms and a big living room and 2 bathrooms. It was very clean. There is a private playground, a private bog chess and a spa cave. Free spacious parking and of course aircondition.A fully equiped kitchen and a big fridge.The prices are very good for what these villas offer. I really suggest it

  Last day in this fantastic villa Natalia everything you could ever need for a great relaxing holiday is here.The villa as 3 double bedrooms with comfortable beds and the much needed air conditioning,lounge with settees and a flat screen tv we brought a fire stick to give more choice of things to watch.The villa is supplied with clean towels and bedding and was spotless.The guy who cleans pool and is around for any issues is called Alli and was very helpful when we asked for anything Booking again for next year 😀😎👌

  We have spent the past week at Spilia Bay Villas and Spa - 7 of us in total. We can truly say that we cannot find a single fault and nor would we want to. The service, the cleanliness, the provisions, the calm and tranquil surroundings - like heaven on earth. We hired scooters to get around the island, but taxis into Pefkos only cost between 7 and 10 Euros. It is not often I feel emotional leaving a place but there will be some tears today!! I have fallen in love with this place - but also with “Anna” the hardworking gentleman that services the villas dog! (this guy btw is literally like a genie in a bottle - your wish is his command and he is there at the drop of a hat should you need him) Anna is so super friendly, clean and such good company - so to anyone who stays here after us - please give her ‘much love’ and attention- she adores it!! We will return as soon as we can and probably for years to come. Amazing Fabulous Tranquil piece of Paradise!!! Last thing - Harmony bar in Pefkos is the place to eat for sure-

  Myself and three friends stayed in one of the three Villas for a week recently. Hiring a car is advised as the Villa is located high up which we knew about before we booked. The drive into Pefkos only took about 7 minutes and there are some bars and a couple of shops on the way down to town. I did have a walk to nearby Fokia beach which took about 15 minutes but is not a sandy beach and definitely not for the unfit or if unsteady on your feet as the pathway is uneven and rocky. I watched the diving school from here. I think our Villa was called Nathalia. It had two double bedrooms and one room with twin beds in it. The lounge is spacious with comfy sofas. The villas are set in nice grounds with an area below accessible from each villa via steps which is a brilliant social area with a giant chess set, pool table, cave spa, BBQ area and lots of seating. I can imagine this would be fantastic in season on an evening when you want to stay around the Villa. The maintenance guy Ali was there to greet us upon arrival and was there early each morning cleaning the pools and to help with any other queries is we had any. He really is a hard worker and a pleasant young man. There was an issue with the electricity which was dealt with very promptly by Ali who did everything he could to sort it out. The Villas are fully equipped with a full sized fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker and all utensils and cookware and they are kept very clean. The area is quiet and the sound of goats wandering around on a morning is charming.
