Amazing stay!

I visited the hotel in may , absolutely amazing.The most important for me as a person is the cleanliness and I wasn’t disappointed at all.The cleaning ladies were everywhere keeping the hotel clean. Thank you a lot for that.Second important thing to a hotel of course the food. Everything was delicious and fresh and I couldn’t resist to all! The hotel is also really close to the city.I booked already for the next year!!! We visited Sunny days with my fiance on April. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and the stuff really nice. They were helpful with everything we needed, gave us instructions and tips for the city of Rhodes. This hotel is a must if you visit Rhodes. The ladies from housekeeping also made us a nice little towel trick us a welcome surprise. Last but not least, the food in the restaurant was great, with many different treats, that made us fall in love with the local cuisine! I recommend it for sure! The housekeeping service was excellent throughout our stay. The room was always spotless, fresh, and perfectly organized every day. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day. The food was also amazing, with a great variety and very tasty meals. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. Doesn't look anything like photos. Avoid.

Don't believe the five star reviews. This hotel is a dump. Photos make it look a lot better than it is. Rooms are dated, with only one small electricity main in the entire room. Beds are like army beds and very uncomfortable. Room was only cleaned every three days, and they would forget to replace towels and linen. There was a strange sewage like odour that came and went several times during our stay. Jacuzzi is cold, not hot. Bar and reception staff are rude and unwelcoming. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants where creepy men stand outside hassling you every time you walk past. If you're going to Greece, there are far better hotels and locations than this. We were surprised to see a review posted in March, as the hotel has been closed since October for the winter season.Our rooms were fully renovated in 2023, and we offer different types of mattresses to accommodate guests’ comfort preferences. If a mattress feels too firm, our team is always happy to provide a softer option or a topper upon request. Housekeeping is provided daily unless the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed, while towels and linen are changed every second day.Regarding the sewage odor mentioned, this was never reported to us during the stay, and therefore we did not have the opportunity to investigate or resolve the matter. The outdoor jacuzzi is also not advertised as heated.We were particularly surprised by the comments about our reception and bar staff, as they are consistently praised in guest reviews for their friendliness and helpful service. Finally, we do not have official partnerships with restaurants in the area.Our team is always available to assist and resolve any concerns when they are brought to our attention during a guest’s stay.Kind regards,Management Team
