    Fifth visit and another memorable holiday! We we’re made to feel very welcome by all of the staff who went above and beyond as always. Big shout out to Seva, Eri, Dimitra, Lefteris, Froso, Nicos, Billy, Shelly and the entertainment team. Amazing views, a beautiful room enjoyable tasty food with a great selection. Can’t wait to be back. X

    Location by the beach with lovely pools is really the only thing this hotel has going for it. The outside areas felt like a 4‑star resort, but the actual hotel itself definitely didn’t match that standard. The rooms are extremely dated and ours had a terrible smell. The shower barely worked, the bathroom tap hardly functioned, and several handles were falling off. Cleaning amounted to little more than making the bed.The reception staff were rude. They even chased after us to accuse us of taking the key to a room we had already checked out of that morning. After speaking to the colleague who checked us out, they realised he had misplaced it. We received no apology—just a dismissive “it’s sorted.”. Book with caution.

    Billy from the entertainment team made this holiday for me! He is funny and ever so lovely.. he works very hard to get people of all ages to get involved.the pools are great, rooms are average. You will see cats roaming everywhere.Only downside for me was the food was repetitive and not much choice.Drinks, again not a vast choice but everyone found something for both food and drink.

    The sunsets here are just magical. The hotel beach has amazing water and the animation team here really made the time special. Huge shoutout to Billy,Shelly, Becky, Erla and Andrea who made the days fun with plenty of activities and great evening entertainment.
