Amazing time at Tivoli hotel - Chris the boss you will remember me Jackie Jones - honestly I cannot fault this place Come with your heart open - literally it's more than what you pay for - my room was clean, the beds are lovely, my room was freshly painted and the staff are just lovely 😍 will be returning

We had a great time at this hotel. I wasn’t expecting much after reading the previous reviews, but as this was a last minute booking, I decided to judge for myself. It’s 3 stars, and that’s what you get. Cheap and cheerful. My room was clean with no issues. A/C worked fine, and the bed was extremely comfy!! €8 a day for A/C but was needed. The only negatives I would say is, don’t buy the breakfast, not worth €8. And if you are looking for a long lie in the morning, that’s not going to happen. The noise from the cleaners banging about is unreal! This starts at 8am, and goes on till the afternoon! No soundproofing at all.The staff were lovely and Cris is a character, but he will help where he can to make your stay pleasant. All in all, a great few days, and I would also say, great for solo travellers.I will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 8 nights and enjoyed every second! We were welcomed by Chris, the hotel manager, who greeted us with a very friendly welcome. As we arrived after 12pm the kitchen was closed however Chris kindly made us a pizza as we were starving! When we got to the room it was really clean and had everything you need, and the beds were really comfy. The staff made our stay that bit even more special and we can’t thank Chris enough for having us, we will definitely be back x

Where do I begin!If i could put -10/10 I bloody would! Should I begin with the 8€ per day air conditioning with putrid smells or 1.50€ for breakfast juice 2 minutes after breakfast ends or the 55€ non-refundable tax fee when checking in! The swimming pool gave me and my partner infections which after 3 week of being home still have! The amount of spiders and bugs including cockroaches in the room on arrival which the cleaners never sorted out. I was also bitten by bed bugs!To get to the beach or the town it is a 30 minutes walk on a very busy dual carriageway with no paths or you can wait for a bus which will never turn up. We was informed that busses would stop at Tivoli but never did!There was no shower curtain so every time we had a shower our bathroom would flood. They provide bedding and towels however every 3 days and if you need more you must pay for fresh bedding and towels. Impossible to eat breakfast or dinner without the homeless cats jumping on the table and eating the food of your plate. The breakfast menu is nothing like advertised we had stale bread and no fresh fruit! The lunch menu is stale crisps and frozen pizza! The cleaners would bang on the door between 8:30 and 9.00am and if you are asleep don't worry they will let themselves in with the key.If you would like to connect to the wifi you can connect for all of 7 seconds before being disconnected. If you desire to leave your bedroom your key is connected to the electricity so even if you pay for the air conditioning you can only have it on when in the room. Tivoli ruined our holiday! Do not even consider Tivoli hotel!

Just got back from such a lovely holiday! The hotel was lovely and especially the staff! Konstantina who worked on reception was so lovely and welcoming, Rodger and Pan were also lovely and make nice cocktails! Soufi was also so lovely and kind, Chris the owner was also welcoming and took pride in anything and made sure our stay was comfortable! Housekeeping were great too especially Alina, overall had a great time here and will definitely be visiting again soon!
