    Great hotel!

    rating11 May 2026

I'm going to be honest!I booked the hotel 8 months before arrival in May. I saw some horrendous reviews that prompted me to look for another hotel , but prices for all inclusive were far more expensive at other hotels. So felt for the sake of a week's holiday, we would bite the bullet and risk going .We arrived , the owner an elderly gentleman and his daughter were on the reception desk . They were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic , but clean, and had what you needed. The TV didn't provide channels , but wasn't a deal breaker! There is a fridge which is unusual for an all inclusive hotelEvery where was clean and tidy. Our room was cleaned every day, including daily fresh towels. The drinks were mostly served by the daughters husband, and he works long hours. The all inclusive drinks were very good! The food was also very good , yes some times a little repetitive, but it's a family business, and a majority of hotels do the same to save money, why waste it?Some people expect gold for bronze prices!!!There wasn't any entertainment, but for us that was ok, and we were there in low season. The pool is a decent size! There are plenty of sun loungers, and free towels to use .I hope you enjoy your holiday at this hotel like we did!

    Worst hotel ever

    rating19 Oct 2025

When we arrived, we was given a tiny room that smelt funny like of dust, had a terrible view, and looked nothing like the modern, clean photos shown online. It feels like the hotel only has a few nice rooms for their pictures, and the rest are old, run-down, and completely different to what’s advertised. We asked to move rooms but the second one was just as bad. The hairdryer came off the wall when I tried to use it, and one of the plug sockets had wires sticking out when unplugging something – which is a serious safety issue. The floor was so dirty it turned our feet black after walking on it, and even after they “cleaned”, they left a dead bug on our bedding. On top of that, our room wasn’t cleaned at all for three days. The light bulbs were sticking out the top of the lampshades, and the “blackout curtains” didn’t block out any light at all.The bathroom was awful – there was no shower curtain, so the floor got soaked every time we showered, and the drains smelt absolutely terrible. My friend slipped over and felt like she had concussion. The food was another huge disappointment. It smelt awful, didn’t taste nice, and there was hardly any choice. We ended up avoiding it altogether after the first try. The jacuzzi was never on during our stay and even other guests said wonder if you have to pay to turn it on lol, no one expected any better clearly. To get between the buildings, it required walking up/down a metal slope, which felt unstable and in areas it felt like it bent.Overall, this hotel is completely misrepresented online. It’s dirty, outdated and badly maintained even though they say it was renovated in 2017 and is modern. Not at all. Definitely not worth the money – I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

    Highly recommend!

    rating30 Sept 2025

I stayed at Hotel Tsampika in Rhodes during my first solo trip, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, kind, and always ready to help, which made travelling alone feel so much easier. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, with a lovely pool area that was peaceful and never too crowded. My room was comfortable, cleaned regularly, and had everything I needed for a relaxed stay. The location was ideal, quiet and safe, but still within walking distance of the beach, shops, and some great local tavernas. The food was fresh, tasty, and varied enough that I always looked forward to mealtimes. What really stood out for me was the warm, family-run atmosphere. Even though I was travelling solo, I never felt out of place, I was made to feel genuinely welcome and a part of the family.Hotel Tsampika gave me the perfect base for exploring Rhodes, and I am returning again. I would recommend it to anyone, especially those travelling alone who want a friendly and relaxed environment.

    Horrendous expereince

    rating15 Sept 2025

This hotel was not what we expected. The room was not clean we had asked for a double bed and got two single beds. Went to reception and spoke to staff ( should have taken his name) he was very rude and I have never experienced such behaviour he started shouting at us and said obscene words which I will not repeat. NEVER book your stay here until they resolve this behaviour from staff.

    WONDERFUL STAY AT TSAMPIKA HOTEL

    rating18 Aug 2025

We stayed at this wonderful and welcoming family run hotel 3-10 August 2025. The rooms were newly decorated and very clean and tidy. The cleaners came in every day. It resembled a minature version of a 5 star hotel. We were happy with the All-inclusive food which was lovely and of a good variety to cater for all tastes. The included drinks were more than satisfactory which also catered for all tastes. We cannot fault this hotel for the quality and price.
