  Stayed in A5 in October 2025. Really large room with basic cooking facilities, kettle, hob, enough cutlery for 2 people. Wall mounted t.v. which I never switched on so cannot comment on what you could watch. More than enough hanging space. The room has a small French Balcony. I struggled to open the balcony doors, however, the maid could manage these doors easily. Visited the bar in Block B often and drinks are very reasonably priced.Would I change anything? A very small thing, but the balcony doors may need to be shaved a bit as not easy to open. However this is so minor that it did not impact on my holiday at all.Would I stay here again? Yes. Have stayed here twice before and would certainly stay at Xenones again. Arther and other staff are friendly. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and the welcome is very warnm. You stay as a custoer but leave as a friend.   Stayed in Studio A5 on 10th October 2025. Lovely, sunny, large room with a French Balcony, The room was kept spotless by the cleaning staff who were so friendly. I had stayed for 10 days and wish I had booked for longer. Every evening I went to the in-house bar, in Block B, for my pre-dinner drinks and was warmly welcomed by Arther who is so kind and helpful, The drinks are a decent price and, for me them view of the village while enjoying a lovely evening drink is priceless.I gave stayed at the Xenones before and would definitely stay here again, Xenones Lindos, Γενικός Διευθυντής at Xenones Lindos (TM), responded to this review Dear Guest,We can not thank you enough for choosing our small, basic and simple village accommodation for your recent stay.   A lovely studio in a brilliant location.

  We had an amazing 10 day holiday at Xenones Lindos. Our spacious and airy studio had everything we needed - great air conditioning, a comfortable bed, a good shower and adequate cooking facilities. We had fresh towels every day and our studio was cleaned to a high standard. The shared courtyard was lovely with our own table and chairs with sun canopy - with fruit trees and colourful bushes all around. Arthur, the manager, was brilliant and helped us with all sorts of things like getting us the bus timetable to Rhodes town and connecting our FireStick which was tricky. The position of the studios is great. Just a short walk to the village centre for the shops, restaurants and mini supermarkets. The beaches were only a pleasant walk away too. We had only been home for a week when we booked Xenones again for next year!   Very clean, excellent location

  Overall we would definitely recommend the apartment we stayed in (A6) as it was spotlessly clean thanks to the lovely lady that came in every morning. We got fluffy, fresh towels every day and everything was left tidy and clean. The location is ideal as it's away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and because it's up the hill a bit, the views of the sea and acropolis are amazing!! It is a little tricky manoeuvring suitcases down then up the hill to the apartment so this might not be suitable for anyone that might struggle with this. We found the decor to be bright, airy and charmingly simple.We had our own private balcony with table and chairs and pull out drying rack and pegs for drying clothes and swimwear.There were ample hangers for clothes, a small dressing table with mirror and bedside tables.The shower was lovely and temperature was easily controllable, the water got as warm or hot as we liked within seconds and had great pressure. If you're careful you can contain most of the water which easily drains away however you may need to use the bathmat to soak up any escaped water so you don't slip.The only few downsides I would mention are as below however these are minor and definitely wouldn't put us off staying here again:1. When we arrived there was nobody to greet us at the apartments so we didn't know where to go which isn't the best welcome when you have suitcases etc and you don't know which set of apartments to take them to (block D is a few mins walk away). I had to call a phone number which I couldn't get to work until some of the other guests in the courtyard helped me. I was told which apartment we were in after confirming a few details but I found the man I spoke to was getting impatient with me for not understanding him.2. The kettle steamed through the handle and on/off switch so I had to leave it a minute and use a thick towel to avoid scalding my hand. It also didn't seem to switch itself off when boiling so I had to prod the switch with something to avoid getting burned.3. The kitchen area is miniscule so you will only be able to prepare the simplest of meals which is fine if you plan to eat out most of the time.4. As others have mentioned, you do hear the other few neighbouring apartments going in and out from their apartments as it echoes up the stairwell but otherwise we didn't hear a peep from anyone and slept soundly.5. Some might not like the shower curtain however it didn't bother us as it was clean.6. You may need to keep some clothes in your suitcase due a lack of drawers. It personally didn't bother us as this is the simplicity and charm you would expect from a Lindos apartment. Arthur is daily around 8-11.30 and 18.00 - 00.00.As we are not a hotel we do not have team members attending 24/7, iam sure you appreciate this.Indeed, we offer basic kitchenette facilities, enough to prepare breakfast, pasta, salads, but definitely not a proper kitchens like you would find in a villa or house.   Great location and fabulous on site service as ever

  This was our 3rd visit to this complex and it didn’t disappoint. The room was as described and expected. For us the most important aspects are location and cleanliness and it delivers on both. The rooms are small and basic but are kept clean by the hardworking team. Air con and safety deposit are included with no additional costs. The onsite bar is a great bonus. That, with the location and of course, Arthur draws us back. Arthur is a real asset.
