Location

The hotel is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood not far from the central square and only a 200-metre uphill stroll from the leeward beach of Pythagorion. Guests will find the nearest restaurants and shopping facilities around 50 m away, while bars, clubs and the bus station are to be found some 200 m from the hotel. The Eupalinos Tunnel is around 5 minutes' drive away, while Hera Temple is some 20 minutes' drive away. Samos Museum can be reached in around 25 minutes' drive. The hotel is 12 km from the harbour of Samos, the capital city, and close to the airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 6 apartments and 12 studios located in a 2-storey main building and 4 auxiliary buildings. Disappointing Stay – Dirty Rooms, Poor Maintenance and Noisy Nights

I recently stayed at Aspire Oaks Ipswich and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. On arrival, the first room I was given was filthy. The oven, table, air conditioner and many other areas were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly.I was then moved to another room which had newer appliances, but that room had a strong unpleasant odour. There were stains all over the curtains, and the bed linen also had stains on it. I requested clean sheets, which were replaced, but then there was still a stain on the bed topper. In the end, I had to go out and buy my own linen just to feel comfortable sleeping there.The floor and bathroom were also dirty, and dirty linen had been left on the kitchen bench. On a previous stay, the appliances were so old and poorly maintained that the dryer burnt one of my shirts, and clothes came out dirtier than when they went in.The TVs are outdated and not smart TVs, so viewing options are very limited. To make matters worse, it is extremely noisy, with trains passing frequently, making it difficult to sleep.Overall, this property is in desperate need of proper cleaning, maintenance and upgrades. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom for 6 days. Outlook was awful - overlooking a train track area and the back of some shopping malls and industrial buildings. Large derelict house/building next door. Very noisy 24/7 with many trains and also some trucks. TV didnt work. Pool area was the best part of the property.

We enjoyed our stay - friendly, helpful staff, rooms that were clean, comfortable and quiet, a convenient location and secure off-street parking. The breeze from the balcony was wonderful, as were the views of historic Ipswich. We've enjoyed our stay here on previous occasions, and would happily recommend it to others. Price for the room was a bit high, but overall no complaints.

Nice spacious one bedroom unit which was clean and tidy. Beds are fantastic quality. Has a kitchenette with everything you need to prep a meal, but why would you bother as there are so many dining out options within a couple of minutes walk! From fine dining to pizza I was shocked at how much ipswich has come along in respect to restaurants. Oaks is located perfectly to take advantage of them. Reception we're lovely and welcoming and check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

The team at The Oaks Ipswich are its greatest assets. They looked after us. Would stay here again. Convenience of being able to walk around town was great.
