  Excellent..especially the young ladies on Reception who are outstanding

  The hotel is great. Location is great with good access to public transport, nice couple of bars and restaurants nearby but not too close as to disturb you. The architecture is beautiful too. Bed very comfortable.What really makes this place stand out though is the exceptional staff.The young ladies on Reception in particular are an absolute delight. They are so professional and helpful and have outstanding customer service skills. I do hope that they are appreciated by the hotel as they greatly enhanced our stay and our experience of the hospitality. Well done ladies!

  Beautiful Hotel

  A lovely hotel situated close to bars and Restaurants. A beautiful church next door which plays musical bells every hour. Staff really helpful. Breakfast every morning with hot and cold food. No restaurant for Lunch or evening meals.Rooms are massive and very comfortable. Only strange thing is no bar which is unusual. But a great place and we loved our stay.

  I stayed with my wife at the Euroclass Palazzo Zichy from 08 03 26 until 11 03 26 and I was very pleased with my choice of hotel in Budapest We arrived over 3hrs before our scheduled check in time and the staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived until the moment we left . Firstly they stored our luggage without fuss until the room 314 was available which was also done early. The receptionist then directed us to where we wanted to go. The receptionist was a young man called David who gave us great information and assistance throughout our stay He set the tone for the rest of the staff from cleaners waiters and receptionists all of which showed a great pride in what they did. Our room 314 had a lovely outlook onto the small square with a lovely church adjacent. The room we booked was a deluxe type room with a view it was nice clean with comfortable twin beds The bathroom was spacious an easy to use shower and toiletries, sufficient wardrobe and drawer space, the room also had a TV and mini bar We booked on a B&B Basis and was very satisfied with the variety of food and drink on offer really lovely dining room again great staff. The hotel was in a great location with plenty of bar/restaurants and lovely little squares to relax Many sites were with in easy walking distance of attractions such as Liberty Bridge The River Danube St Stephens Basillica and others in this magical city of Budapest I have absolutely no qualms in recommending this Hotel or giving it my own personal 5* rating

  Great hotel, very clean and tidy! The hotel staff were lovely and they had a sauna in the basement, we didn't realise otherwise we would have taken our costumes. Great location walking distance to lots of amenities. We opted for room only so didn't eat at the hotel as lidl was round the corner so we got snacks/breakfast there on busy days. Would definetly stay again

  Lovely hotel. Very happy with our stay. Breakfast was excellent and varied with a range of hot and cold options including fruit, bacon, sausage and eggs, meats and cheeses, cereal and cakes and pastries. Staff were all really friendly and hotel was in a great location , about 15 mins walk from liberty Bridge and around 20 minutes to main shopping area.
