We came here for a week as part of a Jet2 package. We upgraded to a Seaview room. The Hotel has a lovely position overlooking the town and bay. As others have mentioned it is up quite a steep hill, its an easy walk downhill into Samos Town about 25 minutes, and you can catch a taxi back for 5 Euros.Our room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. It was also very quiet. The only gripe I had was the design of the Bathroom, which meant if you are on the loo, you are visible through the glass doors of the bathroom! Very strange and could so easily have been avoided by having opaque glass on the doors. Also the shower cubicle is not enclosed and the first time I used the shower, I flooded the entire bathroom, careful positioning of the shower head is essential.As others have commented, the staff are superb, especially Yiannis who is always on hand and a fount of information. Breakfast was excellent, with loads of choice, all fresh and tasty, if you want cooked eggs, just ask. As there is a fridge in the room, we took a few snacks back to munch during the day.It really is a lovely hotel, so peaceful and tranquil, the pool area is lovely, always plenty of loungers in sun or shade, and no children making a noise.If you are looking for a relaxing break in the sun with a town within walking distance, I couldn't think of anywhere better.Thankyou to all the Staff for making our holiday super.

Quite a disappointment

It has been a very disappointing experience so far. We flew all the way from the US and on our first night in the hot August month in Samos, we were given a room with a non functioning Air conditioning and fridge. We spoke to the manager who offered a 2nd room , that had the same problem .After complaining to the manager a 3rd time , we were finally given a 3rd room , away from the rest of the family while they were still working on fixing the first room we booked .

If you come to Samos, this might be the best place to choose. It is clean and refined, and offers parking and a view—it has it all. It is a 20-minute drive to all the beaches and restaurants. We will be back.

Perfect secluded holiday.

My sister and I have just returned from 10 days here. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel, and the staff, whom worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect. The location, being in the hills, was so peaceful, on many occasions we had the pool to ourselves, and it felt more like a wellness retreat. Breakfast was included and the choice was vast. Lunch and dinner could be taken on the terrace, overlooking the sea, and was beautifully present and tasty. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The room we had was large, with a great view of the sea and was serviced daily. Toiletries were included. Our highest review, however, goes to Yiannis, the manager. He was nothing short of brilliant, he was always there, helping us, nothing was too much trouble, and anything we asked for was provided immediately. Yiannis, went over and above on every occasion. We will definitely be returning next year.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Everything was spotless and exceptionally well looked after, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. The attention to detail was outstanding, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended! A special mention has to go to the staff – they are the true stars of this hotel. If you stay here, make sure you find Odysseas! He genuinely made our stay unforgettable. His local knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and ability to find the perfect solution for anything we needed were simply outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he always went above and beyond with a smile. The level of service he provided was exceptional. Odysseas, we absolutely loved meeting you, and we'll definitely be coming back – not just for the hotel, but for you too!
