  Nice hotel but some things should be improved, for instance , no bar and no toilets on the beach , you'got to cross the road enter the hotel and walk to the pool bar which is not really convenient , therefore when i was there no rose wine , the cocktails at the pool bar dont have any taste at all , those a la carte are really good but need to be payed around 9 euros each , i think 2 or 3 coktails a la carte should be added in the all inclusive , it would be perfect.Therefore , no space enough outside to eat, there should be more tables, 3 times when i was there last week i had to move back and return due to lack of space , which is not also convenient .Another topic apart from music live ,no spectacles during the week , so no activities in the evening , regarding meals , it's correct even if i noticed mostly simple food , apart from lamb and big shrimps and salmon.Positive thing, nice beach with enough chairs to relax , the staff at the reception and restaurant are very kind , in particular a nice young girl talking french and above all , a really nice kind pretty guest relation manager Eve , i thought i could see her before leaving to thank her again but i missed her.To sum up , a nice hotel and with some improvments it could be much better , it's up to me more a 3 stars and a half as a 4 star.Best regards and many thanks for your hospitality and the nice customers service and attention you give me at the end.Mr Jean pascal Cleenewerck. Your comments are valuable to us as, we continuously strive to improve our guests’ experience and provide an even more enjoyable stay.We understand our main bar’s drinks were more to your taste and need for enjoying alcoholic drinks, however, those are from international brands, while our all inclusive package drinks come from wineries andl producers with awards for their quality and purity.Your pointing things that could be taken more pleasantly to you is noted; a beach bar and toilets as was here explained is a delicate matter, since our beaches belong to the Greek state and by law can’t be built, altered or otherwise transformed.   Hotel is tired but clean. Food is quite good the pool needs some serious cleaning and repairing. Staff are friendly however the woman running the outside bar is passive aggressive and even though being all inclusive, the drinks are poor quality as everything comes ready mixed from a tap and they will only give drinks in the smallest of glasses which means constantly having to go for refills.
