A family of 6 of us across 3 generations shared 3 rooms at this place for a week in the heat of early August. Having been to Anaxos before we roughly knew where the apartments were located and to be honest we had warned the younger members of the family who hadn't been to Greece before not to expect too much in the way of luxury. We were more than pleasantly surprised by the decor and modern furnishing in the apartment. The kitchenette was well equipped with kettle, toaster and hot rings including extractor fan (not that we needed to use it). Iron and board, hairdryer and safe all included and the aircon worked a treat (7 Euros a day). Lovely small balcony with a sea view on the upper floor - most of the Jet 2 rooms overlooked the pool. And the large double bed was very comfortable.The pool is quite small but then there are only 8 rooms in the Jet2 building and probably a similar number in the block next door which seemed to house Continental clients. However we were lucky that we had the pool to ourselves most days as most guests seemed to venture out to the beach or further afield. Whilst there is no bar on site, the neighbouring Park Plaza welcomed guests and we had lunch there on several occasions. There is a supermarket 50 yards away, good for carrying the water!There are a number of restaurants in the village to choose from, The Anaxos Hotel being our favourite, and special mention to Sarandos where we had an issue with the bill but they sorted it as soon as we walked in the next day. The kids enjoyed Malibu with it being right on the beach with stunning sunsets.We really enjoyed our stay at The Virginia and would recommend it if it stays reasonably priced.

Wonderful stay at Virginia Studios.

I really enjoyed my week at Virginia - clean, nicely furnished room, sun on the balcony in the afternoons, reasonably equipped. Friendly host. Well located, with just a ten minute stroll to the beach, handy grocery store very close by. Lovely little swimming pool. Blissfully quiet!

We were very pleased with the stay at Virginia studios. The room was traditionally Greek with all you need, fridge a couple of rings to cook if you want to, kettle and toaster.Room was serviced every two days, clean sheets and towels A good place as a base to explore the area…. Thank you
