  ⭐️ “Unforgettable Stay with Private Sunset Views”

  We stayed four nights at 270 Oia’s View Cavehouse VII and it was truly exceptional. The cavehouse itself was beautiful, with a private pool and garden that gave us the perfect spot to relax and watch the famous Santorini sunsets. The privacy and comfort were exactly what we were hoping for.What really stood out was the service. The hosts arranged transfers and tours for us, offered excellent recommendations, and provided a smooth, thorough check-in that made everything easy. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay even more enjoyable.If you’re looking for a luxurious, private, and unforgettable Santorini experience, this is the perfect place.

  Outstanding service and quality!

  We stayed in Cave VII. Loved the cave room and the private pool. The breakfast was excellent. It was nice to have a kitchen and we made Greek salad for ourselves for lunch a couple of days. The service was amazing and the organized everything for us—catamaran tour, traditional Greek dinner, fish taverna. Our absolute favorite of our Greek vacation!!

  Everything was just perfect!Super clean, with very spacious rooms and a calm, minimal style that makes you instantly relax. The view is breathtaking, and the warm welcome from the staff made us feel right at home.Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Oia!

  Best Room for a Family!

  This was the best accommodation imaginable for a family of four. We had two rooms, a master suite and one room with two twin beds. We had a full kitchen, pool and hot tub overlooking Oia and the sea with what has to be one of the best views available! The staff was outstanding, attentive to every need and made whatever arrangements needed. The only note about this location is that it a not walkable to Oia, you need to either rent a car or get taxis. Renting a car is the best/most affordable option and we eventually did that.

  Absolutely Spectacular - 5 Stars!

  We stayed in House IV at 270 Oia's View for 5 nights and absolutely recommend staying there. The location was perfect. About a 15 minute walk into Oia either along the hiking trail or road. We felt completely safe with the walk day or night. While we loved Oia, it was much better to stay just outside of the town to avoid the crowds. It was also great to have a parking place for a car to explore the island. The view from our pool and hot tub were absolutely spectacular - better than any of the pictures we saw before the trip. We loved the sunsets from our yard/pool and enjoyed the view all day and night. Access to the Fira-Oia hiking trail was right off our yard, which was a nice plus. There were also some very good restaurants a short walk away in Finikia. In fact, FInikia Restaurant, which is literally right across the street, was one of our favorites on the island (great food and amazing sunset views). The service was special. Naya and Dani - who were at the front desk every day and available via text whenever needed - were both excellent. They helped us with booking sailing and diving trips, recommendations for meals and recommendations for fun adventures around the island. They took care of every detail of our stay (from when we first booked) and fixed any small issues we had immediately. Their communication from booking through check out was amazing. And we really enjoyed the free breakfast each morning delivered to our villa. Truly first class service! Finally, the villa itself was excellent. Ours was 2 bedrooms with a 3rd sleeping area and 3 full baths. Plenty of room for us to 6 people. The bedrooms were spacious and nice and cool - underground with good air-conditioning. The villa was spacious with a good kitchen and plenty of space throughout for meals or lounging. And the pool, hot tub, patio and lounging area outside was expansive and excellent. The property was always quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. We will definitely return to 270 Oia's view! Clear 5 star property and a special experience!
