This hotel is located at the quietest spot of Kamari village. The centre of the village and the beautiful sandy beach are only 10 minutes away, while the famous town of Fira is 8 km from the hotel. The island’s airport, Santorini Airport, is only approximately 4.5 km away.

    Friendly hotel with hard working pleasant staff, nice location a few minutes walk into town with numerous restaurants.Room small not really practical sink in sleeping area, bathroom tiny just shower & toilet, no kettle in room.Balconies not private open to neighbouring rooms & pool area.Nice & quiet, but we prefer more space & comfort would suit many but we won’t be returning although we enjoyed our holiday in Kamari.

    Amazing, beautiful, quiet and wonderful staff. Anastasia !!! What can we say ? Such a credit to 28 Boutique. Our first time in kamari, and definitely won’t be our last. Infact we have been home less than 4 hrs and already looking to book 28Boutique again for September. The location is perfect , close to all the restaurants and sea front .Rooms are basic but sufficient, maybe a kettle and tea and coffee but it’s not a deal breaker .Great value for money, we didn’t use the pool mainly due to the fact that it was the early part of the season, and just a bit chilly for us 55yr s + 🤣. PS. Breakfast is to die for !!!

    Stayed for 12 days in a mountain view room which was lovely, clean and very quiet. Cleaned daily. If you want a quiet adult stay this is it, 10 mins level walk to the sea front with all the restaurants. A very relaxing pool area with a bar , a buffet breakfast very well presented with enough choice to make something different most days. All the staff were friendly and so helpful, a credit to the hotel. A small friendly clean hotel we will one day get back to.Thank so much Chris and Sadie xx

    This small, friendly boutique hotel was absolutely perfect for our chilled and relaxing holiday. The property itself was stunning—immaculately clean and full of authentic Greek charm.The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their local knowledge was impressive, and they helped us plan some truly memorable sightseeing excursions around the island.Breakfast and lunch were delicious, with the Greek Salad being the best we've ever had!We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful escape.

    Just back from our 14th consecutive annual visit to 28 Boutique Hotel. We do go to other destinations ( Crete, Italy and West Country so far this year)but are always drawn back to Kamari. 28 Boutique Hotel.Whilst the staff do change, except George who seems to be part of the “furniture “ his cheerful morning breakfast greeting combined with a willingness to help, got our days off to a good start.The newer staff, are a credit to the hotelAnita on reception, always ready to helpVeronica, on night duties always took an interest in our plans, on our return each evening tried to help us pronounce “goodnight “ in Greek we are determined to surprise her, by getting it right next time./year(already booked)I’m afraid i didn’t get the name of catering staff but breakfast was more than adequate Fresh and varied ( we don’t expect a small Greek hotel with multi national clientele to provide a “full English “)Regrettably I missed the name of housekeeper but she always seemed to be ready with a smiling “kalimera” to clean the minute we were outside.There are plenty of Sun-beds ( no towel wars here) around a good size pool with music from years gone by played at a sensitive volume, no rap tunes here.The pool side bar provides an excellent variety of snacks/meals ( do a great souvlaki) drinks at sensible prices.For us the location is perfect a short walk to the front, we’re in our 70s and it was no trouble. Plus the cats, seems most guests bring treats for them. We named this one “George
