Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Other services include a babysitting service, a car hire service, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, fishing and horse riding. With jet skiing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout.     Perfect honeymoon stay with amazing privacy, early check-in, warm pool, great breakfast, and beautiful view

    We stayed in the honeymoon suite for three days and it was an amazing experience. The staff were very kind and helpful. For check-in, we had asked to leave our bags and come back at 3 PM, but they kindly let us check in early at 12 PM for free, which made us very happy.The breakfast was excellent and always served on time. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed, with plenty of towels for different purposes. The pool temperature was always 32 degrees, even at night when it was cold outside, so it was always comfortable to use.We also had great privacy during our stay. We saw many hotels in Fira and Oia, both cheaper and more expensive, but most of them did not offer good privacy. This hotel was much better in that regard and we really appreciated it.They also offered free parking which was very convenient. If we ever come back to Santorini, we will definitely stay in this hotel again. It was perfect with a beautiful view and wonderful service. We really enjoyed everything.The only small thing I would suggest is to change the mattress because the quality was not the best, but it was not a big issue at all.

    Myself & my husband stayed at Avatar Suites as part of our honeymoon and our only regret is not staying for longer! We had the most amazing time here! We absolutely loved our suite with its very big balcony and hot tub overseeing a magnificent view! We cannot recommend this place enough. We most definitely will be coming back again. Nikos and his staff were excellent at catering for all our needs. Breakfast was beautifully delivered to us each morning, house keeping was excellent, Nikos helped us arrange all bookings we needed. We can’t wait to come back again in the future!

    Dave & Chloe honeymoon suite (actually on our honeymoon)

    We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was absolutely perfect for us as we were actually on our honeymoon. A lovely size with every amenity and some. The air-con, which is definitely necessary was first class, along with everything else within the suite. The terrace was breathtaking. We have never seen sun-beds so large and comfy in our lives, and the pool is not only glorious to cool down in during the day, but heated at night so it turns into a hot tub when the sun goes down and we used it every night without fail. Antonis was an absolute joy of a host, he arranged three free pick up and drop offs from three different restaurants he recommended which were all spot on. He also arranged for a buggy to be dropped off and picked up. There was also a lady who bought us breakfast every morning at our selected time who was just lovely, always polite and always a smile on her face. If you want to stay slightly off the beaten track with ample restaurants within walking/small taxi ride away, then Akrotiri is THE place to go. We plan to go back in the coming years. Thanks so much.     The Suite Life!

    We stayed here for 10 days - we wished we could have stayed for more! Anthonis looked after us so well from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble.The view was unending and unbelievable - the private terrace was gorgeous and the Grand Suite pool was something special. Akrotiri is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing, tranquil time compared to the crowded more touristy northern parts of the island - whilst at the same time offering the stunning uninterrupted view, good family run restaurants nearby (we loved Aeolos and Asterias) and easy (and cheap) bus routes across Santorini.And did we mention the view!?     We stayed 5 nights at Avatar Suites and were extremely happy with our choice. The room was spacious, very clean and the terrace was just exceptional. Penelope is an amazing host who cares about the wellbeing of her guest and she is available all the time. She organized transport and massages in the room for us, everything went very well.Breakfast was very good as well, a lot of choices possible and everything very delicious. We will definitely come back and can recommend Avatar to everyone who wants to stay away from the crowds in Fira and Oia.
