Location

Located on a main road, this beach hotel is situated right in the heart to Kamari. Public transport (bus) is just outside the door.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 18 apartments and 9 double rooms. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Guests can store valuables in the safe.     The place was not as nice as the reviews give. Arrived tired but not the room we booked with two singles instead of a double as all booked up and views over a building site. Place had the feel of 80s Spenish hotel. We were lucky to get a move through TUI. Could not recommend. Definitely 3 star.

    Came back to our favourite place to stay . The owners Mantha and Stefanos made us very welcome , nothing was too much trouble for them . The rooms are cleaned to a very high standard daily , breakfast is great every day , the swimming pool area is always clean and beds are always available , we had pizza for lunch in the bar area and it was perfecto , we will definitely return next year , also very good value for money .

    Just returned from my first solo Holiday.This Hotel really is fabulous.Mantha is so friendly and helpful. The location is great the breakfast was excellent and the room was really comfortable. I can’t fault this Hotel in any way and I will definitely be returning only for a longer stay next time as a week is not long enough in this lovely Hotel. Thankyou Mantha I can’t wait to see you again.

    We have been to Santorini 3 times now and I can honestly say to anyone thinking of staying here you need to go to traditional style hotels. The Black Sands hotel is just that. Nothing fancy but just everything you need to have a great Greek experience. Don't be fooled though the facilities here are superb.. Fantastic showers,great rooms, air conditioning, lovely pool,Sunbed towels,Pool bar servicing food and drinks,and a great location for all the local attractions,what more do you want?. If you need anything when staying here then Mantha is the person to ask she is lovely and puts that icing on the cake to make your stay extra special. Can't wait to come back next year..
