    Not even a one star hotel. Outdated rooms, uncomfortable beds, WiFi doesn’t work and they quite frankly don’t care! Rude staff and terrible breakfast. This was also after being upgraded rooms!!! Would not recommend staying here. Only positive is the 10 minute walk to the beach front. The family that run this hotel are rude and should not be in hospitality. They were absolutely miserable and acted as if we were an inconvenience. They look and act as if they hate their job. The breakfast was the absolute bare minimum and rooms were not nice whatsoever. We are a young couple island hopping so we are not fussy at all but I would seriously stay anywhere other than here.

    We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel has a wonderful site. We were too early in the season to enjoy the pool. On the other hand... we froze our but at night....the whole group did. We all asked, and nothing... As a matter of fact , the reception was cold from all employees . On the fifth day the bus was leaving at 08:20. No time to relax for breakfast. We kindly asked is breakfast could be served like 20 minutes earlier...NO. Like I said...nice site but...

    This hotel is not even one star. No drinking water supplied. 10-15 minutes walking distance from bus stop, busses coming almost after an more than hour wait.Hotel to Oia 2 bus change waiting almost 2 hour to reach. Bathroom shower only 2x2.Bad location & breakfast was not superior. Better stay in FIRA or OIA so no need to wait for bus. Also rent car is good option in Santorini. Wifi not working properly. This is basic hotel & avoid if possible. No Customer service.

    We owners was very helpful and friendly, room,shower very clean ,pool tidy with garden around with amazing flowers and lovely decorations, breakfast every morning fresh we have amazing week,from our balcony view to garden and mountain absolutely relax,quite only the best words about owners each detail created with love ,from hotel to the beach till 10mins walk ony bus stop to Fira and Oia 5min we are very grateful Castro for amazing week here
