    Beware! Spend your money elsewhere!

    Extremely unhelpful and they take your money! . Went to book 2 rooms at this property and incorrectly booked 1, within hours of booking I emailed the hotel explained what had happened and asked would they either book another room for me or considering my mistake refund the amount and I clearly couldn’t have just 1 room and they replied and said they were full and then told me no refund would be given!! Absolute no compassion at all for the situation. Then replied to my email when I told them how disappointed I was, accused me of extortion and blackmail and legal action if I posted this review! Be warned…spend your money elsewhere!!!

    This place offered great caldera views in Firostefani and stunning sunsets away from the hubub of Fira. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Staff were all super friendly. The route to get to the suites, like many places in Santorini are not wheelchair accessible but luckily it is not too far from the main road. We had a lovely hot tub which we used a lot. The suites are nicely stocked with basics when you arrive- bottled water, bread, milk, yogurt, juice, etc which was a really nice touch. Only negatives were that the bathroom was extremely poorly lit and the shower was pretty useless (hand held with almost zero power and varying temperatures). Also the breakfast was not great- eggs with a sweet dish so we went to eat out. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

    Beautiful views of the caldera! Breakfast was exceptional and service was amazing! The staff are so friendly and the hotel really is the perfect location! Santorini is a real workout to get around so make sure to bring your trainers!

    Breathtaking views with large rooms. Beds and pillows are comfy. Showers are large.The jacuzzi is a perfect size.It’s in a nice quiet spot - lots of privacy. Walking distance to the main spots in fira.

    I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Exclusive Plan Suites. The staff were amazing and truly went out of their way to help us whenever we needed it, from check in, to advice on getting around, and everything in between. The caldera view from our room was breathtaking. The hot-tub was always a welcome sight after a long day of hill climbing and walking (take the hike to Oia if you get the chance!), and it was always warm. Breakfast was served every morning, and there was always more than enough to eat. Location-wise, this spot is pretty convenient. We were only about a 10-12 minute walk to the shops in Fira (with great views along the way), so we never felt like we were far from whatever we wanted to do, but Firostefani is much quieter than Fira so it was nice to get back to the room after a day out and have a relaxing evening looking out over the water and checking out the cruise ships. I'm not sure what is going on with the beds, but we woke up rested every day! Probably the best sleeps we've ever had on vacation.
