    We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived.The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything spotless and comfortable. The view from the room was amazing and made our stay even more special.The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options for every taste. Everything was carefully prepared and of excellent quality.The service was impeccable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.The Edge restaurant was truly impressive. The dishes were full of flavor, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The wine list was also excellent and perfectly complemented the meals.Additionally, the car rental service was immediate and excellent. The recommendations for visiting wineries in Santorini were also outstanding and truly worth it.Overall, everything was flawless.     We stayed here beginning of May this year very nice hotel and very clean. All the staff want to help with everything and are very friendly. 15 minute ride to firo Excellent food in the restaurant and breakfast is very nice.     Absolutely loved every minute and everything about the Goulilelmos Hotel. Friendly attentive team, fantastic facilities and Fabulous views. Build into the cliff, the detail is amazing, the food is excellent and the service is exemplary. We loved it, we vidut Santorini regularly and this is a gem, the best hotel we have stayed in.     An amazing hidden gem in Santorini 💎

    We only spent one night at Hotel Goulielmos, but it was perfect. The real strength of this hotel is definitely the team — they are so nice, welcoming and helpful, making sure you have a truly special and relaxing stay. A special thanks to Paris who took really good care of us.The food is also amazing: both breakfast and dinner at The Edge were excellent, with fresh products, well prepared. The view from the restaurant to the sea and sunset is amazing. The hotel feels freshly renovated — and I believe still undergoing some finishing touches — but once everything is done, it will really be perfect.The pool is a bit small, but still a very pleasant place to hang out. Our flight was in the evening and the hotel kindly let us enjoy the pool all day and provided a space with a shower so we could get ready before leaving.Again, this hotel is a hidden gem — we had a wonderful last night to conclude our trip in Greece.
