    From Pepi’s warm welcome to Eftichis’ excellent service if the stylish restaurant this beautiful hotel is made extra special by its staff. This hotel is on a slope but a smiling buggy driver will sort any mobility issues and your rooms will be cleaned by smiling staff. The position of the hotel is amazing, looking out across towards the volcano. You can sit next to your private pool and watch the ships come and go. The sunbeds are the most comfortable I’ve encountered and the outside seating area affords an alternative al fresco spot.Akrotiri is a quieter part of the island but note it’s a 15 minute walk to get to the town along a busy road. There you can pick up snacks etc as the restaurant although excellent is not cheap and is the only eating option. However Pepsi will gladly arrange a free taxi to nearby eateries .We stayed a week - and enjoyed every minute. A real slice of heaven.

    The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel is a dream. An incomparably quiet location with stunning views of the sea and the islands of the group. The complex is superbly chic and beautiful, perfectly reflecting the typical style of Santorini. Here, you can relax and enjoy your time. We had a suite, very spacious, well-equipped, and chic, with a fantastic large terrace and pool. The food was also outstanding, with a superbly delicious selection of dishes, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. The staff: so warm, friendly, and always helpful, from the service in the restaurant to the reception and housekeeping. You feel very valued and welcome. We would go back anytime, thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

    Staying in paradise while visiting paradise is unbelievable. This property is pure luxury on the southern end of Santorini. I promise you will not be disappointed. Every room has a private pool and a view of the Aegean. You have an amazing view of the caldera and can drive to Fira and Oia in less than 30 minutes. The restaurant was fabulous. We had dinner once and enjoyed breakfast every day of our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this property for your next visit to Santorini.

    A truly phenomenal hotel. Can’t say enough positive things. The views are truly stunning. It has all the Santorini magic with none of the crowds. The rooms are beautiful each with its own private infinity pool. It really is the best place to stay on the island. Stress evaporates as soon as you arrive. Service is top notch. Pepi is a gem. So engaging and helpful. We’re so fond of her. Eli is charming. Ilias is a legend and a real maestro, sorting out anything you need. We’re so grateful to him. We loved the breakfast. Padelis was fantastic. Really enjoyed his company. Eftikis has such a lovely manner. We will be back!

    From the moment we arrived we were treated with the finest level of customer service. The accommodations were immaculate and the resort looks new. The staff and dining experience is fantastic and overlooks the cauldera and faces west which provided a memorable experience for a Mediterranean sunset. Look for Kostas and Bunin in the dining room who will cater to your every need. As a plus the cocktails and the calamari are offerings you’ll not forget.
