    I myself worked in hospitality business and internation hotels. I found Hotel Resol Hakata in Fukuoka very homey, clean and comfortable. staffs are friendly and professional. Location is super, right in the middle of every thing, public transports, restuants, shops and convienent stores.... most of all, rates are very resonable.Highly recommend to everyone.     Hotel located in the middle of red light district. Night clubs and girls bar. Not recommended for family traveling with children. Room is small. No cleaning service provided. Only towel change placed in front of the room. Breakfast was disappointing for 1800 JPY paid. Recommend to stay in Tenjin and Hakata Station area for easy access to restaurants, malls including airport.

    I really never stay a hotel room as dirty as this one. And yes, I am in Japan, this is absurd! I don’t believe this is a good standard hotel in Hakata. It has a very good looking lobby and building and inside is totally a nest hole.真的很差勁的飯店，不說還以為日本還沒到。沒住過那麼髒的飯店房間，灰塵滿地滿間都是。你真的會有更好選擇啦！拜託別再騙評論了

    Everything good except i failed tuning my air conditioner

    Check in and out very smooth and customer service very good, especially i spilled water on the floor when i filled my bottle with water. They came to help very nicely. Good to have coffee and drinks at the reception floor FOC. Locate at very convenient place, nice river and bridges, great walk and eating places. Breakfast is ok and not exceptionally make me memorable. Only thing i was quite disappointed was that the air conditioning wall controller was switching between "cool room" and "warm room" continuously. Cool room mode was too cold and warm room mode too warm and not air movement. I tried change settings but they will jump to another set points soon. As an air conditioning man, i gave up after 3 nights practices/trial.

    Location: 3_5 walk to NakasuKawabata subway with direct access to airport. Walk 10 min to Tenjin and 20 min to Hakata, the 2 main shopping sectors within Fukuoka center.Rooms: modern biz hotel, with comfy beds no frills furniture. Higher floor facing river is a better view than the seedy part of town (yet perfectly safe for foreigners). Excellent breakfast in Italian restaurant downstairs, very helpfull and multilingual staff. Nude onsen upstairs, is small but very clean.
